I've always been skeptical of child care facilities because we were young when we started having kids, and you hear all those terrible stories...but Amanda (one of the assistant directors) made such a positive impact on me with my first impression when I was first looking to put my youngest two in child care (they were both born during what was still considered pandemic times , so not much interaction with non family) that I stopped after my first call. They had space for both my kiddos immediately (which was a blessing in itself) and she invited me to come by to tour the facility, she was understanding and flexible with scheduling the tour because I was working far away at the time, but she still was able to squeeze me in before closing. Then I met Caryn (the director) who was great at handling all my questions, showed me around the facility and helped me figure out what else I needed to get them started (vaccine records, etc). When we first started they were going for about the entirety of the day because of the distance I was driving from home to the daycare and then to work (50mi one way), but they were very understanding about it and eventually I changed jobs and moved closer, so now it's a lot less time that they're there. But even when going for most of the day, all the teachers we've interacted with are so great, they've made me feel comfortable knowing my girls are in good hands everyday. They are very communicative with everything from when your baby is feeling ill to upcoming events and everything in between. 10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely love this place! The director, Caryn, goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The teachers are incredible, patient, and are good at communicating what the kids need. Above all, I always felt that Caryn and the teachers prioritize the kids no matter what. I highly recommend Kindercare Southlake-Grapevine.

I went to tour the place and was nervous at first. This was the first daycare i have ever considered actually putting my only child in. My son us only 3 and hasnt had much interaction with outer children let alone adults that arent family. At first he was shy but they made me and him feel so much at ease that when we were done touring the daycare i had to bargin with my son to get him to leave. I love that they are very attention oriented on the children. Just from the tour alone I could see all the love and the care they have for the children they care for. It made me so comfortable to know my son will be safe there and well taken care of. Plus the fact they will help us potty train him is a blessing because it has been a struggle. He understands the concept to a degree but actually getting him to not potty in his training pants has been a bit of a challenge. Cant wait for him to start his first day tomorrow. Hes been asking about it all weekend but he calls daycare "School" cause he gets to take his backpack.

I dreaded putting my toddler in daycare and the change for us both, NOW I know I made the right choice with this daycare. My son LOVES his teacher Miss T. She is the most caring teacher and it makes me sad that some day he'll outgrow her class. We need more miss T's in this world!! The directors are always very helpful and understanding.

Without a doubt the best daycare that we could ask for. We were referred here based on friends who also send their kids, and we've loved it ever since. My son's teacher, Tearra Greer, is no joke his best friend, so much so that he calls her "bestie," and the staff is more like family than business partners. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

My son is in the Discovery Preschool (DPS) classroom with Ms Mandi. He loves all of the crafts and the learning activities that they do! Every day he comes home with an art project that he likes to talk about. There is a lot of communication from the teachers and the admin staff. They also send a lot of photos to the parents throughout the day! I am quite sure that he is learning a lot as well as gaining valuable interpersonal skills.

My son is in the DPS class! The staff is super helpful and very professional. I love getting pictures of my son and his daily activities. My son loves going to daycare and I haven’t had an issue with them at all. This is the only daycare that I’ve really trusted. I’ve seen my kid very happy and always learning something new.

I can’t say enough about Kindercare Southlake-Grapevine. Miss Caryn and Miss Emily are wonderful directors and are always involved in the classrooms. My son absolutely adores his teacher, Tearra Greer/Miss T/Bestie. My son is a couple years from leaving daycare, but I dread the day we leave our family at Kindercare.

I have never ever ever felt so much peace about leaving my daughter out of my care, until she started this daycare. The director and assistant director showed me right off that their love and care for each child was truly genuine. My daughter is not the one to want to leave me until coming to Kindercare. She loves going to school.On Saturdays my daughter wakes up and instantly says “I want to go see Mandi”.. that alone let’s me know her teacher makes her feel loved. I spent months trying to potty train her and her teacher did it in two weeks. I am 100% satisfied with my decision to move my baby girl here... the director shows us parents that we matter just as well as our children..

My daughter has been going here for 2 years and we love it! More importantly, SHE loves it! She goes running inside, with open arms to her teachers, every time we drop her off. We love everyone there. They truly care about the growth and achievements of the children. The facility is very clean. The staff is very supportive of our crazy schedule and has helped us out when we've been in a bind. They have very little staff turnover, which is reassuring. Most of the teachers have been there since before we started there 2 years ago. We drive past several different daycares and pay a little more, just to be at the place we love so much! Thank you so much Kindercare Southlake for taking such good care of our daughter! Special recognition to Ms. Rose, Ms. Mandy, Ms. Gabby and Ms. Alexis!

My daughter goes to Kindercare and has went for nearly two years. The folks here are amazing! My daughter is excited to go to "school" everyday and drop off is not an issue as everyone there greets her and makes her feel welcome. She is always bringing home projects from class and I am always impressed with how engaged her teachers are when she is in class. All of our children will go here and remain as long as possible.

We love our Kindercare family. We have been going to this Kindercare for almost 4 years now. The Director, Ms. Tierria is awesome! She greets the kiddos each and everyday with such positive energy and truly has a warm heart. We love all the teachers there. Ms. Mandi is compassionate and does a great job at taking care of all the kiddos. We know our girls are in good hands with them. They have helped keep everyone happy and healthy through covid with all of their cleaning and sanitizing procedures. We are so thankful for them and think they are all truly amazing!!!

Ms. Rosario feels like a member of our family at this point, and the rest of the staff at KinderCare exemplify that daily. We love all of the staff and they love our son back. I’ve never felt more confident leaving my child with anyone, and the care they have for him shows every time I go to pick up and drop off. Love our KinderCare family!

This is our families first experience with having a child in daycare/school. I was nervous when we first started our search but as soon as we toured the Southlake facility and spoke with the staff all my anxiety was put to rest! The director, Ms. Tierria has been so great with our daughter and is always communicating with parents about center updates, and news. Our daughters teacher Ms. Mandi has been SO SO AWESOME! Our little one just adores her and talks about Ms. Mandi at home. Ms. Mandi is so engaging with every child and always makes our little feel safe, happy, and confidant! We have noticed tremendous growth in our daughters speech, and social skills. Another thing we love about Kindercare is that there is an app that allows us to see cute pictures of what the class is up to all day as well as updates about meals, naps, and potty times. I would recommend this daycare a million times my daughter is thriving here and is always so excited to come see her friends and teachers! We are so grateful for the teachers and staff for always going above and beyond for our kids!

This location is AMAZING!! I have seen so much growth from our 2 little ones, my grandkids are so happy Going ad coming home, the staff keeps us updated each day with photos and routine updates. Kinder Care has done a very good job with this Global Pandemic that we are dealing with. We are very confident with the safety as well. Super Big Shout out to the entire team, Mrs. Tierria - your doing a GREAT JOB!

All 4 of my girls go to Kindercare since 2/2016. Their ages are 5, 4 & 2. My twins start Kindergarten in a few weeks and will still stay there for afterschool care. I love Kindercare! The director, Monique & the assistant director, Alexis, are great along with the teachers. It's like having a second family!

I have had my daughters go to this daycare for almost 5 years! The staff is wonderful and care about every single child so much. I don’t worry about leaving my kids there because i know they are so well cared for and loved!! I recommend this daycare to everyone!

My daughter has been with the company for a year and has definitely progressed a lot since being enrolled. Shes only been at the Southlake location since December but we love the staff especially her teachers in the DPS class with her teachers Ms. Mandy and Ms. Melissa. My daughter loves going to school because of them!

So my toddler has been attending this location since December 2020 and I have really enjoyed this staff. They are so knowledgeable helpful as a First time mother I dont know a lot of things and have minimal support but theyve helped me by giving sound advice.
Theyre very creative in their learning curve and ideas. Im always so shocked on what my toddler is learning each day. I'll highly recommend this center. Thank you Ms Tierra & Ms Adriana and my baby teacher's Ms Lesa & Ms Liz yall rock.
