I worked with Laura in the print department to print some brochures and she could not have been more helpful. She took her time, was happy to make some tweaks to the files I sent her so they would look exactly how I wanted them, and was extremely friendly. Although that store is not the closest to my house, I will definitely make the trip to that one so I can work with Laura again.

From the moment we entered the store , we were greeted by a friendly staff. They were very helpful in getting the chair we decided on quickly from the back and checkout was amazingly fast !!! Everyone was so happy there. Love the selection they offer.

Great store! Welcomed me through the door, and the young, handsome, heavyset gentleman showed me everything that I needed to get! 5 stars!

The staff are great. They always assist me with my banner/backdrop projects. Each item comes out looking great and quality is top notch. When I use the products at my events people always ask where it was designed. Miranda and Russ really came through for us when we had a major event and needed a backdrop holder. They went above and beyond to ensure the display was going to set up correctly. That is the personal touch that comes along with their great service. A big thanks to the team at Grapevine for a job well done!!!

Angel, the OPs Manager, was very friendly and helpful and made my initially disappointing experience into a flawless one. Originally they didn’t have the ink I needed, but she guided me in the process of ordering online and having the ink shipped directly to my house for free.
She respected my time and gave me an option that didn’t require me to go to a different location or return to that store for a pick up. On top of that she was friendly and confident in manner. Thank you.

Amazing help in selecting a laser printer from the sales manager, I asked how much each printed page would cost in several different printers 🖨 and he made calculations about it and besides pointed out extensively why each printer 🖨 would Or wouldn’t be convenient. The cashier was super friendly and helpful as well and helped me get 4 different articles that I remembered at last minute walking me to where they were. This professionals are definitely getting my business , I will return!

I can always count on Office Depot Grapevine to be stocked with the supplies I need and to have helpful, friendly staff. I love the printing service and speed of turn around.

I was looking for a specific product that I knew Office Depot always had. It turns out there were none available in the store, but an associate took me up front and got on a terminal and found the product in their warehouse. He placed an order for it to be delivered to my house. He waived the shipping charge and I got it the next day.

Shout out to Miranda for helping me with ordering marketing materials for my business, the order was kind of tricky but she was persistent and saw the process through and the customer service was top tier. Just saying Office Depot, that girl deserves a raise!

I recently moved to the Grapevine Texas area and chose Office Depot in Grapevine for my main office supplies (and more) store to shop. I have never had a bad experience. The employees there are so amazingly kind and polite. A big shout out to the Assist Store Mgr Aaron. I brought my desk chair in and he immediately saw the issue (my fault) and never complained or questioned me. I showed proof of purchase and he immediately took the chair to make it right. Every time I walk into the door, a manager is there to greet me and ask if they can assist in any way. Every single time. I use the printing service frequently, and they are exceptional. Product turns out great, ahead of time (for me, at least,) always, and I've even had them call to check if some things were done intentionally, that turned out to be errors. I mean, what?

Yeah, I don't take the time to write 5 stars often. But, yeah.

Easy to get to and always friendly, professional staff available to help. Just ask. On our last visit we reviewed and bought an office chair. With their help, we got the best chair for my heavy use at a great price. They also assembled it and helped me load it in my truck. I'm very happy.

Love Office Depot! Great selection together with the positive and terrific attitudes of the staff I was able to complete my purchase(s) at the store and take my supplies home with me. I appreciate the convenience and ability to shop and not have to rely on a delivery service to my home!

I was super unhappy with a return process that had gotten too complicated, had spent well over 2 hours already in store and online with no success because I had purchased online and now wasn't able to return the item to store. and then I visited this location to give it one last shot before I gave up. obviously I got lucky that I ran into Aaron, he was very understanding and realized my frustration and he finally resolved the issue. I'd like to thank Aaron for his great customer service...! thank you!

Service was awesome. I needed some simple sticky labels printed and I was in and out in five minutes time. Highly recommend this location.

This is a strange Office Depot. The store building seems very large causing very wide isles and it’s not uncommon to see bare shelves with lots of things out of stock. On the plus side there are almost always really good deals to be found here and tags marked with significant savings on many items. The staff are very friendly.
