Jocelyn and her team are always so willing to assist no matter how small or large the reason for reaching out is. There is very few businesses out there that still provide first class customer service but this State Farm branch is one of them! I worked with Shani and she was not only able to help me but also helped me when I called back for changes! Very thankful for all they do!

10/10 experience with Marlon had great customer service skills. Now-a-days it’s hard to understand what’s being said because there is a communication barrier but this manager communicated properly and made sure I understood everything before ending the call. I feel more confident that I made the best choice. I wish more people had skills like this.
