Hilton Garden Inn DFW North Grapevine

Our family of 4 visited central Texas from out of state for a wedding and decided to spend part of the time in Dallas to be near the airport.

We initially booked our stay at Great Wolf Lodge but it was disgusting and we needed to get out immediately but couldn’t find anything available that evening.

I booked our room here at like 7am the next morning and called the location to make sure our room would be held because we had plans that day and might not be able to check in until later that night - Brittney was so sweet and after explaining our situation she informed that our room was ready and we could head over right away! I can’t express how much this meant to us!

The location is close to a ton of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and right across from Enterprise.

The hotel grounds and common areas were well kept and inviting.

The pool and workout area were clean and quiet.

The room was spotless and comfortable.

We visited the Forth Worth Stockyards, Dallas World Aquarium, and Globe Life Field - the drive to each from the hotel was quick and easy.

We returned our car at Enterprise across the street (which wasn’t our original plan) and took the shuttle to the airport - the shuttle driver was a total gentleman and very polite.

We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!

I was unfortunately stuck overnight from a missed flight. Danielle answered the phone and sent a shuttle for me. Upon check in she was wonderfully nice, suggesting food options and extended a late check out. Exemplary service with a great calming smile after my stressful day. Highly recommended

Right off the highway, It was super clean and had great staff. I enjoyed the stay here even though it was for two days.

Right next to the Airport and tons of restaurants. Brittany at the front Desk is why we had such a great experience there. We had a small issue and the matter of care, urgency, and empathy Brittany shared was outstanding!

Location is great if you're catching a flight, or need to be by the airport. The morning staff was awesome!

Absolutely amazing customer service. We were stranded in Dallas after cancellation of flights home and last min had to get hotel for a few nights. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating and allowed us a early check in. Not to mention the shuttle service that will take you anywhere within 5 miles. We were in need of warm clothes for the 19 degree weather and the shuttle took us to target. The rooms are clean, I love that they have a mini fridge and microwave, and everything we need for a few nights. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough if you need a last min place to stay or are in the area.

Amazing service ! We were stranded at DFW Airport on Saturday, I called and they sent their shuttle immediately to pick us up. So very nice and made a very bad flight experience much better. Bed and pillows was so comfortable, front desk personnel were super nice and Sam the shuttle driver was awesome! The breakfast was great, and again everything was clean everyone was polite. The only thing was the room AC (window unit) was loud and annoying, but the friendly staff and great treatment we got made up for it, we were just thankful to find a place, and are glad we chose this hotel. Hopefully at some point they can install a central ac vent in the rooms.

Great location, the rooms were clean and decent! Ms. Kateena was very helpful she has great hospitality skills.

Clean rooms Friendly staff. Nice clean facility. Very busy and great location with several restaurants around and close to a movie theater and the main event. You do pay for breakfast cooked to order and Continental. I enjoyed breakfast. The pool was heated and clean we used it a couple of times and it was nice. Parking lot and location did feel safe. I would recommend for business, family or solo trips.

A fantastic spot, close to the town, around a 15min walk. 10mins to the outlet mall.

Great staff! Shamy was EXCELLENT. She was very helpful, friendly, and very nice. The shuttle service was good. I was disappointed there was no continental breakfast. That would be my major complaint. I think this needs an overhaul. They do offer ala cart service
however, the prices are too high for what you get. Clean facilities and the beds felt good.

Hotel stay was perfect. We checked in at 11:30 p.m. and the amazing front desk was extremely kind to our family of 4 littles. When we arrived to our room the seal on the door was perfect intact and when we opened the door it was a beautiful sight. Beds are very comfortable. The following day we had a delicious breakfast, the cook and "waitress" were helpful and kind. My children 9, 7, 4, and 2 loved this hotel and were disappointed we did not stay longer, they are ready to return to this amazing hotel.

Jill at the front desk is amazing! I left my USB Wall charger at home. She was nice enough to bring me one from her house! You don't get that service every day! Nice job, Jill, and thank you!

Was a very nice stay. The hotel lobby and rooms are well decorated & very tasteful. We ate the hotel breakfast each morning and enjoyed that. (The breakfast is extra). Rooms were very clean and up to date. We were able to walk to a few nearby restaurants for dinner. Their little shuttle bus could take us into town or to the airport for free.

What a wonderful place to stay they went way over and above for me from the moment I landed every one I encountered treated me like I was royalty they are the most friendly and accommodating staff I have ever encountered at any hotel if you are looking for a great place to stay I would highly recommend to stay here

We stayed after a flight cancellation, arriving late in the evening, and the staff was beyond accommodating to ensure that we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. If we ever need to stay near DFW, we know where we're going!

They made our travel very easy with the ride to the airport and back. We left our car for a small fee and very convenient

The rooms are comfortable and visually pleasing. The bar tender was a professional and made our experience stand out as the best hotel stay we’ve ever had. Our meal at the bar was amazing, I recommend the “Texas Redfish Creole”. Very good hotel and every amenity a guest could ask for.
