Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW Airport - Grapevine, an IHG Hotel

My room was MASSIVE. I had a king size bed with a jacuzzi for about $170? Idk how many other places you can get that, but I was shocked. Great location, near a ton of food and restaurants and very close to the airport.

Terrific service from the free shuttle driver to the ladies at the front desk! The room was standard but clean. The pool was super fun, and the perfect temperature! We spent several hours there as it was so hot outside! The complimentary breakfast was hot & delish, with enough options to please everyone.

The staff at this hotel is extremely helpful and so kind. The lady at check-in was great she gave us an upgraded room so we could check in early. When we checked out, we had a morning flight. We left early and in a rush. I forgot my valuable jewelry in the room. I was at the airport when I realized it. I called and spoke with Angel she went to the room and got the jewelry and gave it to Sarah to deliver it to me at the airport. That is outstanding customer service. They did it all with a smile. Outstanding job, ladies. Thank you

Carlos, the general manager, was so kind and helpful and made sure we got breakfast before it closed. The shuttle driver was incredibly nice when he picked us up at 3:30am in the morning. It was so nice to see smiling faces after a four hour layover. I loved that the family room was big enough to sleep all 6 of my family! Everything was perfectly clean and we appreciated how the staff treated us like family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great experience during our extended stay when we first moved to the area. As we waited for the military movers to arrive with our furniture (delayed, as usual), the hotel made it very easy to extend our stay as needed. Rooms were spacious and clean, staff was friendly.

We stayed a couple of nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and we got new towels which we really appreciate. We purchased the breakfast when we booked and we were surprised by the buffet and choices. The female employee working the dining area was so nice and super on top of her job. Overall great stay we highly recommend it.

I parked my car at this location for a trip to New York. The price is OK. They offer a shuttle, but I don't know how often. Because my trip was by 4:30 PM and the shuttle was scheduled for 5:00 PM.

I needed a place near the hospital. Melissa and the other young lady that worked there were the very best part of the stay. I got a second night so my elderly mother with CLL could be near the hospital without staying in the hospital with me. The computer booked different rooms but Melissa worked out a way my mom didn't have to switch rooms so no moving bags around and it remained available in case she had to have a place to rest. The rooms were clean. No weird odors, everything worked.

Thank goodness for Rhonda at the front desk! She was an absolute delight. I had booked another hotel down the street and upon check-in it was a disaster. I didn't feel safe, I immediately called this hotel and explained the last minute situation, and Rhonda got me an amazing room and made me feel so welcomed! Definitely recommend this hotel. Room is beautiful, clean and great view. Super awesome breakfast as well!

CLEAN, FRIENDLY STAFF, AND FULL BREAKFAST! From the moment we stepped into the HIE, we had an excellent experience. The property was clean and well-kept. The lady at the reception desk was actually wearing gloves and was wiping down the counter area! Our check-in experience was fast and friendly. Our room was clean and everything was in proper working order and good condition. The common areas were clean and well maintained. Can I just say the staff was GREAT???!!! So friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast area was kept clean and all the food was nicely prepared and well stocked in the morning. Wish EVERY hotel experience could be this positive!

Way better than a Marriott. Recommend here instead. Rooms were so clean staff was friendly and kind. Lots of restaurants surrounding to choose from. Lobby was so clean. And the breakfast was really good.

Madison at the front desk was amazing! Rooms were clean, comfortable and all the hotel staff we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. The only thing missing is that they were out of cinnamon rolls :-( not complaining though I didn't need them anyway :-)

This was probably the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered during a hotel stay. Ronda at the front desk was phenomenal! I was attending a conference at the Gaylord Center so was I was provided with free shuttle service to there and back. The van drivers-Fausto and unfortunately I don’t have the name of the driver at 7:00 am shuttle on 8-2-19, were friendly and helpful with my bags and prompt. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food available. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Keep up the good work!!

nice clean hotel.. bed was very comfy, breakfast was good, however the breakfast host seemed a little over worked. She struggled to keep the food out and coffee made. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the shuttle service and driver was awesome. Would stay here again.

Looked for a place to stay by the airport with a shuttle. This place fit the bill and we were able to book a room with a big tub to relax in before flying out. Staff was super helpful with places to eat in the area too.

I liked the jetted tub was in the main room so we could soak and relax while watching a movie. Lots of restaurants (Olive Garden, Salt Grass and others) within walking distance.

Recently stayed at this location. Worked with Hannah in their corporate sales department to setup a rate for my employer as our office relocated near them.

Overall it was a great experience. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a co-worker come with me that needed a room with notice. They were able to accommodate the request last minute and provided my corporate rate.

Rooms are clean and inviting. Breakfast area is large enough and was clean and well stocked. Staff I meet throughout my visit were friendly and provided great service.

Would recommend this location to others.

First time at this Hotel. Usually I find something wrong with the place but not at this one. Such a great hotel!!! It’s really affordable. The rooms were super clean. The staff was really nice, beds were comfy and the shower was great. We will be making this our stop when we come to grapevine.

I picked this hotel due to its location because I wanted to be near the airport.

The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I arrived. I was checked in quickly and given recommendations for dinner spots.

The keys used an RF type system where you just tap it on the door handle instead of sliding it like a credit card. This is the first Holiday Inn I've stayed at that used this setup.

The room was large and had a bigger than usual TV (looked like a 42"). The room temp was already comfortable. Everything looked clean and smelled fresh.

The mini-fridge was smaller than usual (a cube "dorm" fridge) but that didn't bother me. There was a "K-cup" coffee machine, which is far more convenient and sanitary than usual.

The bathroom was clean and had adequate room.

My only complaint for my stay was that I was on the side facing the "Main Event" bowling alley and they played loud music outside of the venue... which could still be heard (fairly quietly, but hard to ignore once you realized it).
