Dr. Daniel Pham made our experience a very good one. My husband and I chose to go to him as he is approved by the USCIS to conduct medicals for Immigration. He was very professional and communicated with us well via email. Once we arrived, we were greeted and seen right on schedule. I would definitely reccomend his practice to anyone.

We went to Dr. Pham for our immigration medical this week and received excellent service from him. We were able to get an appointment within a day. He is very professional, friendly, helpful and knows what he is doing. He had everything ready on time. Was a fast and easy process.

They don't email you your own records in a timely manner. We needed them for emergency oral surgery, let them know in advance when they would be needed, and did not comply with their PROMISE and ASSURANCE that they would send them to the oral surgeon. This created an unproductive consultation with the oral surgeon, and additional time spent in physical agony. Upon follow up, the Doctor said that they were going to help the patients in the office first before "getting to us" and we would have to wait indefinitely until they got around to emailing the records because they were too busy, and was completely unsympathetic to our plight. This made me feel like the scum of the earth. I don't know if I will want to give business to an office who has tremendous difficulty sending a simple email. I'm not impressed with the business practice, the awful and rude customer service, the rude doctor, and the terrible response time.

They are not cooperative with FOSTER PARENTS. They charge $25 for one extra copy of simple typical paperwork required for Texas Department or Family and Child Services. I felt this was absolutely insensitive, greedy, and simply RUDE. I can afford the $25, but I will not go back to this dentist. Common decency concurs that "It takes a village to raise a child" and children without parents are ALL our responsibility as good citizens. In my opinion, this doctor only wants money, not to help our most vulnerable at-risk children in the State of Texas.
