Arrive at 9:30 and my appointment at 10:00am release at 10:45 am. Not bad... and the Receiving girls are very kind.

Got a door with in 15 minutes got loaded within one hour easy in n out.

A little Slow to get unloaded there was only 1 truck and myself, 3 hours

It took just as long to check in to the shipping, as it did to load the trailer. Then as long to check out with shipping.

Service has gotten better since last year but they make drivers stand in the sun while waiting for turn in office. It was 100 degrees. A small tent for shade??? Something?

8 hours before being loaded and scoffed at by the receiving personnel... Only saving grace was the polite fork lift driver...

Never come here they check you in excatly on your appointment time theres 80 docks they only use 5

Waited for 5 hours to get loaded as they continued to tell me I would be "next". I had a strict delivery next morning that at this point I would not be making so I left. Not sure how much longer they would have kept me standing there
