Children will fall in love ..make sure your balance is full ..your kids will try to make it empty ..micky mouse ..marvel ..disney …what not …they have everything…even my husband loved it !! Toys ,shirts ,skirts ,bags ,water bottles ,lunch boxes,puffy toys everything they have !! Happy world

Just had the best experience with cast member Josh (Oogie Boogie) who bent over backwards to help me and my sister select and package our ornaments. We definitely checked out a little past closing and he not only was patient with us, but wanted to make completely sure we had everything we wanted. His cheerfulness and kindness made our night!

Josh absolutely made our trip! He helped my sister and myself pick out our favorite ornaments and even went so far as to check the back so we could find the exact ones we wanted (we are very picky) and he never made us feel like our requests were a burden or an inconvenience. He went above and beyond in his interaction with us and he is what all cast members should strive to be! Helpful, amazing attitude, and passionate about his work in making magic for others! Thank you Josh, we love oogie boogie too!

Always find amazing items & deals. Wish they had a dressing room & wish there were more locations still open, but I LOVE coming here!

My daughter was super excited to walk inside. The prices were really reasonable, and we found the cutest Tiana Christmas ornament. They had every princess doll and much more.

Definitely a place to stop if you remember the old Disney stores! We spent a large amount of time in here just enjoying all the memorabilia! Great prices too!

Really nice store, customer service is really good all employees are really nice and friendly with adults and children. We are big Disney/Marvel lovers and always enter to the stores to check out on the items. Right now they have really good clearance selections and a lot of cute new items. With all these new pandemic normal they are actually taking good measures, counting customers at the entrance and all employees have their masks, if your child is on a stroller they ask nicely to make them remain in the stroller so they don't touch everything around which I believe is a good thing to avoid getting infected. With all these yes we are coming to the store back soon!

Truly a magical place! A Disney store like no other! This store has all the Disney characters and amenities!. We love everything about this store. We are amazed how knowledgeable the staff and how friendly they are!. We are definitely coming back for more Disney stuff!

Not many toy varieties here compared to other Disney stores I've been at. I think they may be moving away from the bulk toy collections to focus more on clothes maybe? Not sure. But nevertheless, great customer experience. We were greeted and everyone was happy and magical as they say.

I believe her name was Joy (she was working the register, dark hair kind of wavy/curly), she is definitely Disney magic. She's friendly, kind & has a positive attitude! She made our experience better! Nothing but kind words for this trip to the store!

I love this store. Everything about it. It is so beautiful and I love the with purchase gifts. I want a job there.

Always love going to these disney stores they have mich better prices than the park itself. Was really happy to find this store since back home in Boston. They have gotten rid of them. So we were really happy to see they had ine here in Grapevine. Our daughter definitely got herself some princess dolls and whatnot.

Cast Member Heather was sharing a wonderful treasure chest of Disney knowledge with everyone of all ages and provided me outstanding Customer Service.

The employees (I’m not sure if they’re still called cast members) were so son and really built up my kids experience. The wands were out of batteries when my son went to go pick one out and one of the lovely ladies working ran to the back found batteries and put them in there for him. They also have binder with all the barcodes in there so you don’t have to deal with a toddler meltdown when you cash out and that was the best idea I’ve seen in a long long time.

Not too traumatic. Give it a try. You might be converted!! 🤩🤩

Great store with lots of good options a

Great selection, lots of choices with most of the items discounted. They really can't seem to get rid of anything related to the Eternals since that was such a box office bust, so they were marking those mugs down from $25 to just under $5. However, we were able to pick up some princess stuff for my 2 yr old daughter because she loves all those ladies! Very nice and clean store with great employees. Recommended!

It's the Disney Store, and sadly the ONLY remaining store in the DFW Metro, however it's the closest we'll get to Disney short of going to the parks. Still a happy place to be though!
