This credit union has been great. My 91 year old mother has had an account there since the day it opened. I have now had to take over her banking due to issues associated with her age. But believe me, they have been wonderful to deal with when we have needed some human input, and when I've used online access.

Thank you soo much for having a wonderful staff. Janet M went above and beyond helping us in an unexpected time of need we had 2 deaths in the family back to back she was very patient after a glitch in the system set my payment on the wrong due date and helped us through the entire process in a timely matter. Janet was very professional, compassionate and understanding of our tragedy, im in the customer service field also and customer service is my main priority she was amazing. Janet is what you would really describe as helping with a servants heart which is a motto that I will hold on to for ever from a past employer. Great Service!

My bank card was compromised. I was quickly alerted. The card was closed and within 2 hours, I received a call from the main branch on Lamar that my new card was ready for me to pick up in the drive thru. Amazing service! Love my Aggieland Federal Credit Union!

have I been inside your bank since I leave in Laredo, TX. only by phone and now online...since I started with direct deposit.. I have had very good service from your staff.. and that is why I have stayed for so many years. personnel is always helpful, courteous, friendly...thank you very much for all the help you have given me , please continue with a job well done.

Excellent service from 3 of their staff, including the branch manager Ceara! We appreciate they spent the time needed by helping us set us 3 accounts into our trust and also worked with a wire transfer of funds. They all were pleasant, helpful, and courteous and we would highly recommend this branch on Lamar to anyone.

I just want to thank Edgar Solano in the loan department for all of his help with my new auto loan! He was a great loan officer and made things quick and easy. He stayed late to finalize my loan closing on a Friday and I was able to drive my car home the same day!

I worked with Ingrid and she was incredible. I had so many questions and she was patient and answered every single one. She took the time to explain and made sure I understood before moving on. We were planning on switching banks, but now will have to reconsider.

Had document notarized and liked the appointment meeting and the time it took to get documents reviewed and signed. I was even offered to get the whole document printed. Been a member for about 44 years and will never leave my GTCU!!
