Days Inn by Wyndham Mount Hope

It was a perfect place for what I needed, a bed. I have to say first that the customer service I received was top notch(exceptional)!!! Everything I needed was taken care of immediately with an honest smile. The price was right where I wanted it and I booked easily with the Wyndham Rewards app on my phone. The indoor pool was awesome, it felt so good to come back to the room and refresh with a nice swim before a shower. My visit was to go see the New River Gorge Bridge and couple sights nearby. The room was in perfect location for all of them. Didn’t take pics of the hotel(that’s weird) but the pics you seen upon search are what it looks like.

This is one of the coolest, laidback hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and down to earth. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The free continental breakfast wasn’t very appealing, but acceptable. The pool was open and great, not overly crowded and clean. The manager even allowed me to fly my drone from the parking to get some shots of the clouds. I very much enjoyed my stay here and will be returning to this location when I come bald to Beckley. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Let me start by saying, just be careful if you're coming in in the dark, the road is not very well marked and GPS is not quick to tell you. Coming up the road, there is a huge parking lot that is very well lit. Overhang by the entrance to unload in the rain or snow is nice too. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Never made it seem like we were bothering them with our questions. The pool was awesome. Heated. The room it's in is also temperature controlled with a fan and shutters. There was some effort put into this pool room. I only had two "issues" if you will. Firstly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. We let the staff know, but, I don't know when maintenance comes to fix things. Wasn't a deal breaker though because we could leave the door open when showering and it didn't get nearly as humid. Second, two of the outlets didn't work. Tried multiple different devices and chargers and they did not work. Which is a bummer when there's more devices than there are outlets and the lamps don't have passthrough power plugs. But we made it work. Definitely worth the money honestly even with my complaints. I understand how hard it can be to get those things fixed and up to code and it's not like there's life threatening things wrong with this room that made it unable to be rented. I definitely do recommend staying here and I will stay here again.

Very friendly and clean, could spend a little more money on their breakfast choices though, overall it's a great place, the women at the desk are always helpful and always make sure everything is good in my room or they switch them for me no problem, a free night here would be amazing and i will definitely leave more reviews.

My grandson and i were on the highway all day to check property in Ashford, we were ready for a room with a bed and hot water for a bath and sleep the lady at the desk was very sweet and helpful. we were very happy to find the hotel. but for sure i will bring my own coffee the next time lol.

The staff here are very friendly and as long as you are nice to them they will go above and beyond for you. I enjoyed me 3 night stay here. Even though they didn't have a smoking room available they did what they could to accommodate me. Also service animals are free. Thank you Amy and Mimi and also Crystal yall were wonderful and if I'm ever traveling through the area again I will most definitely come and stay again

The staff was super kind the rooms were super clean and the staff was helpful breakfast was good also . Best motel I’ve stayed in for years 😀 . The indoor pool is amazing
Room was very clean the amenities were perfect everything worked . I stayed in room 255

The front desk workers were very nice. But being handicapped people trying to carry our luggage to the room was terrible. We were not able to do it but another man who was in another room carried everything in for us. Then took it all out when we left. Thank goodness for that man or we’d never gotten into our room. This hotel is not eguipped to have handicap people. The first room the cooler did not work we were so hot. We were given a smaller room where the cooler worked great. But in that one bed was so hard neither of us could sleep in it.
We had to pay that man to help us. We plan on coming back again and hopefully we’ll get a room that the cooler works and both beds will be comfortable. The location is perfect for what we need to do there. The cleaning lady was wonderful absolutely no complaints or with any of the other workers. They are all nice people. Maybe try and do something for handicap people. A person designed to help them into the rooms. Thank you.

The beds are very comfortable and they have mattress protectors on them, which is a nice touch. The receptionists are very nice. They have a pool as well, however we did not use it so I cannot rate it. The rooms were spotless and impressively clean. The showers are great, with a soap stand high enough for a shower. There is a free continental breakfast with cereal, yogurt, waffles, and coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Well I'd say they are at least clean no bed bugs but DNT ask for a job bc even if they are short staffed, well it's not a quite place to stay at all smh but don't bother asking for a job here!

My husband and I stayed here one night and it is very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was very inexpensive and one of the best we stayed in. The room had a list of restaurants and staff was super friendly. Definitely a great place to stay!!!

Motel was clean and staff was very friendly. Got there late at night, ask other motels were full due to boy scout convention, it was packed. Front desk clerk offered to make us fresh coffee.

I enjoyed my stay...the staff was excellent. Especially the front desk clerk that works evenings. I think her name was Crystal. She really sparked happiness n me when I was down in the dumps. I definitely recommend anyone passing thru to stay here...

Good rate for a walk in during busy season, clerk was awesome, his name was Dustin. Room was clean, and bed was huge and comfy. Would definitely recommend!

Great place to crash. Awesome breakfast, clean rooms, smoking rooms, pool, 3 people 2 beds was $62.00. Shower was fantastic too. Yep I would come back.

We stop here and stay quite often when we travel and we have never had any issues. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly and you can’t beat the price.

Staff was really nice. Only problem was a great deal of water on the guest bathroom floor off the lobby. I think the toilet has a leak.

They allow pets for a small fee...much less than the competition in the surrounding areas...Also it is a really nice place with a full kitchen and Bar open fairly late. Hot tub and pool...
