Dollar General

Meadow is the best worker at this store. She's always friendly and helps when we need it. The district manager was there one day. She seemed rude but I don't think she's there that often.

No matter where you're at and regardless how far out away from everything else you can rest assured that there is a Dollar General just up ahead. With a large selection and very manageable prices what is there not to like and/or appreciate? Thank you DGS

We frequent this DG as it is close to where we stay when my wife guides on the New/Gauley Rivers. Most of these stores fit into a niche market where there is no Walmart within miles of these locations. This store had the basics we were looking for. Sometimes I find myself substituting one item for another. For instance, I wanted the smaller can of Breakfast Blend coffee, but they were sold out, so I bought the next size up. Let's face it, it's not like I'm not going to use it. And, it does lend itself to a couple pennies less per serving anyway. I try to engage workers in conversation and the staff here are pleasant and they even went in the back to see if they could find my coffee. In fact, they found it, but couldn't get to it because it was still on the truck. Kudos's to this DG for going the extra mile. Stop in and share a smile, they'll go the extra mile for you.

This store is huge compared to mine. It was so clean and organized. It is worth driving across town for.
