Mt Tom Tower Trailhead

It's been ages since I was actually here, but I do remember it quite fondly.
Mt. Tom Tower was an exciting, yet relatively quick walk up until the main exhibit: the tower itself. In between where I traveled from, and the ice cream shoppe we visited after the hike, Mt. Tom Trail was conveniently right in between.
As for the hike itself, the main feature of the trail is obviously the tower, but slightly before that destination, there is an old little cabin contraption shortly after starting the already brief hike. And onto the main feature, the tower, it is a spectacular view which seems to span at least a few miles.
All in all, I would recommend that most locals visit it at least once or twice, as it is quite the view for the low price which is the brief walk.
5/5 I would definitely go again if in the area.

Great little hike up to the tower, or take a dip in the nice lake with sandy beach. Swiming area is small, but clean from seaweeds.
