Books-A-Million

The book we needed for my daughter's class was out of stock in store, however this amazing staff helped her order her book and we received it at our home a day early. We enjoy browsing through the fiction section, exploring which book to read next. The employees are willing to help if needed, but also let us explore at our own pace.

Alot of great books there, and at great prices. I found stuff there that I couldn't find at other book stores. You have to check this place out.

I love all the books. I can look around & be there all day & night! I can find almost any book I want & if they don't have what I'm looking for, they'll have shipped to me!

Cashiers were so nice and even told us suggestions and we even ended up getting a book that wasn't out on shelves yet we don't get to Beckley very often but I gotta say much better than the one at Mercer mall

Very expensive. It is cheaper to buy books on Amazon and ebay

My brother loves BAM. Always has requests from these stores. Very clean and organized. Smells extravagant upon entry. Plenty of parking but no visible public restrooms. Easy to notice from traffic and convenient as well as nice addition to the Cranberry Creek Shopping Center.

Excellent service! Books A Million ran a promotion giving free coffee to veterans so my mom recieved a free bag. It was the best coffee we had ever tasted, but apparently you can only get it through BAM. I called the store in Beckley to see if they had any left over we could buy and they held them at the register until I came in. When I got there they also let me know they could specially order it for us and I was thrilled! They really made my day.

Fantastic book store. Inventory selection is great, and their staff knows books and authors. Rode with a fruend up there, and he called before hand. He asked if the store carried a specific author, and the sales rep, in no time, offered several choices. He was also a fan of the same author.

Always very helpful! Not as big as some Books A Million but we're just happy to have a book store

Excellent selection of books. Clean store arranged in a very user friendly manner. Great customer service. Has many nice items for collectors of all types.

Plenty of different varieties to choose from to read. And if they don't have a book you're looking for, they will check to see if they can order one. They also sell merchandise of trending characters. If your a book lover, it's definitely a place to go.

Books are my niche! They have a wonderful selection to choose geom with warm and inviting staff.

Everyone Books-A-Million (BAM) is a awesome store and i love it there 100% recommend going here for Manga comics Legos it's so much more plus you can get a lot of different types of books that are really really awesome

The staff was very nice and helpful. They offered to order books they didn’t have in stock. The manager was very knowledgeable. I’m so glad we have a bookstore in Beckley, and I hope folks in our community will utilize it.

What a great place. I have been reading on my kindle for years now but once I walked into this place I fell back into love with actual books. Can't wait until I have more time to browse in.

I just wish they had more Spiritual books and I'm not talking Bible.
