I went to Calvin broyles to have my gold bracelets fixed. They are knowledgeable, patient, and very accommodating. They took good care of my jewelries. I have one braided bracelet that took many times to fix because I was not satisfied of the way it was braided and also the tightness. They were very patient with me. They made it sure that I’m fully satisfied with their service. I trust them.

I haven't purchased jewelry from the store but instead I am rating their repair service. I sent my delicate chain link necklace in for repair and wasn't satisfied with my repair. They promptly fixed the issue for free with excellent customer service.

Salesperson was extremely helpful and nice. She offered several options for me to choose the right gift. She was knowledgeable on the products, very professional lady. The gift I chose was reasonably priced and very nice. Gift wrapped was a plus.

Store was clean and products displayed very attractively. I certainly appreciated the precautions concerning the safety of the customer and staff during the health crisis. Thank you.

My husband purchased a beautiful gold chain for me for Christmas and I love it!

Months earlier we took an heirloom gem in to see if it was an emerald or what kind of stone so we would know whether to insure it. Every associate looked at the stone and was unsure so the gentleman working said he would take it down to Charleston personally to have their Gemologist look at it. Got it back within a week and there was no charge. That kind gesture made us come back to Calvin Broyles for all jewelry needs and wants. Thank you for great customer service!

I took a heirloom ring in to be sized. The lady's at the counter was helpfull. My ring arrived earlier than expected and they done a great job. It was a little pricey but worth the money. I also noticed they had a lot of sales going on in the store. If I ever need again I will return. Great Job!

These guys are incredible! I’d recommend them for absolutely anything, be it the occasional small piece to the most important of occasions.

My fiancé and I got engaged in college when of course money is tough. We had looked at rings at the other stores around Beckley but most options were expensive, not the style we wanted, nor were they willing to work with my limited payment options.

Then I remembered I had a watch resized here at Calvin a few years prior. We were welcomed graciously by knowledgeable employees who cared more about us being happy with our decision than making a sale. They went over different stone types, settings, and all such with us until we found the one. Then they did the unthinkable. They worked with me to find a payment option that worked so we could get the ring we wanted! When compared to Zales and Kay, these guys make the transaction process easier than finding the right ring. Plus, they’re local!

Last is customer service. We had the ring customized in the specific metals we wanted along with resizing with no hassle on our end. More over taking it in for repairs, cleaning, and condition checks is as easy as walking in. I just got done with a repair and they took the time to look over the ring while I was there even though they just got it back from their repairer.

Overall, these guys at Calvin Broyles in Beckley actually care and work hard to give you the best possible. I will honestly recommend them to anyone rich or poor, from Beckley WV and beyond. If you’re looking for pristine jewelry with great service, this is the place you want to look first.

Karen was so helpful and easy to talk to. Unlike most jewelers and salespeople in general, she wasn’t pushy or trying to get us to spend more than what our budget was. She even had jewelry brought in from another location to help make my decision! My experience here was absolutely wonderful and I am so glad that I chose Broyles Jewelers for my dream wedding ring.

Very pleasant shopping experience at a local store. The staff were very polite and friendly. They understood exactly what I was looking for and went out of their way to get it in the store in a short amount of time. They took their time to be sure I was satisfied with what I was getting and the time frame I was getting it in. I will definitely shop there again before going to the more National stores.

I had a ring very important to me repaired here and they did a wonderful job! Everything about it is perfect!!! They were super nice and my ring was fixed very fast!! They even cleaned my ring and it looks absolutely amazing. I HIGHLY recommend them for any repairs you may need!
