This was the most weight I've ever lost utilizing a clinic

I have been a patient since October of last year. The last 3 times I’ve been there, I watched people that come and sign in AFTER me be called back before I was. The first time, I thought it was a mistake so I said nothing. The last time, I just left. Today I addressed it and was only told I’m welcome to come back and wait I’m next. No, I’ve been waiting and for someone to be called back before me that I physically watched with my eyes come in not only after me but after another patient who came in after me that left without being seen is completely unprofessional. I will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment. I suggest that they get their receptionist some assistance she is always absolutely lost and has no idea what is going on.
