TownePlace Suites by Marriott Portland Vancouver

Had an extended stay --- over a month --- and felt largely taken care of while living away from home/working remotely. Friendly, knowledgeable staff; one-bedroom suite w/fully-equipped kitchen; hotel laundry room; free coffee/tea/hot chocolate on demand; daily breakfast; well-landscaped grounds; lovely duck ponds; regular attention to cleanliness even in the common areas; quick access --- like, right there --- to La Provence and other restaurants, shops, and such.

The only demerit was the hotel's reponse during a January ice storm. Could've done more to make the parking lot/perimeter sidewalks safer, less slippery. They seemed rather out of their depth on that. Hopefully they'll do better next time. Overall this establishment is a gem. Definitely recommend.

I loved it and was super impressed especially compared to Hampton. The pool being open ans clean, the rooms are amazing and nice, the staff is friendly and talkative. I know I will be booking here again

Beautiful Hotel! Kindness, politeness & concern for their guests is great! It's also in a good location that's easy to find. It's also near lots of stores to shop at & next to a great restaurant.

Spent a long weekend while in town for a concert and wine tastings. Very comfortable room and helpful staff. Shower head needs replaced, but good water pressure and plenty of hot water. We slept well on the bed also. Would definitely return the next time we’re in town.

We arrived for my mom's 70th birthday and the manager Cherise, the Housman Thomas, and the receptionist went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We received an upgrade, we love this hotel and we will be back again.

Modern and clean hotel with comfortable suites. The rooms include a full sized kitchenette with dishwasher, stove, and full sized fridge. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has an outdoor pool with hot tub. Seems like to he room would be comfortable for extended stays. Breakfast is included.

This place is great. My kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. I liked the fresh breakfast and amazing service from the employees. Especially Courtney!! The room was perfect, the bed was comfy. We loved that we could sign into net flicks for the kids! Another terrific thing about this place is that it’s located steps away from a really cool park. Another great feature on the room is two doors into the bathroom. I left early one night and was able to shower with our waking up the kids at 1am. My wife loved that too! Great location, amazing staff, good food, and a shuttle to the airport!! We are definitely going back.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Super friendly staff. Great price. Huge one bedroom suites. Fully furnished kitchen and all appliances. Gift shop area. Fitness center. Outdoor pool. Everything was wonderful! Highly recommend. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area. And they are pet friendly. The park behind the hotel was great and relaxing.

My family of 5 has been here 3 months and have a couple more weeks to stay. I love the staff here. They have become like family. They are all fun to talk to and helpful. Need something you didn’t get while you were gone at work or out for the day? Just ask and they’ll help. The staff goes above and beyond here to try and make everyone comfortable. I could seriously stay here longer if I weren’t buying a house. I love that they allow pets here of all different sizes. It makes the hotel even more fun.

What an amazing stay!! New hotel with great amenities!! Staff very friendly and accommodating to your needs!! Arrived at 1:30am and the front desk clerk was offering up access to the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Also asked us what more she could do to help with our stay. I have stayed in several hotels and check in late and it's never like this. Normally it's hello here is your key have a great night. We were able to meet the GM Alison and she was amazing with an infectious smile and a great personality. It's no wonder why the staff are so accommodating with her as their leader!! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

This is now my home away from home whenever I am in the area! The staff is incredible! From the Breakfast room attendant up to the General Manager! The housekeepers, the true heroes of the hospitality industry, were impeccable! The Front Desk staff were awesome! Especially Stacy! She's new to the industry, but she has great people skills! I know I'll see her again in a few months!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there were many choices. The room has everything you need including cleanliness. There is plenty of space to move around. The kitchen is well stocked. Good size refrigerator, with a real freezer that will keep ice cream frozen. I love the closet w/ 2 entrances and the automatic light that goes on when you open either side. Barbecue area is nice, the pool refreshing. The guest laundry was very clean & pleasant. We found everything clean & tidy. I would 100% recommend this Towneplace Suites to everyone.

We stayed here for one night while attending a wedding in the area, and I was really impressed by this hotel! I feel like it was an excellent value for our money. Our room was basically a little studio apartment with a kitchenette and everything. The staff was really friendly, everything was well-designed and clean, and the location was really relaxing and convenient. The pool area is super nice and there's even a BBQ set up with a firepit, plus a totally rad playground just a short walk away. Obviously great for kids. Bonus: there's even a Hub brewery location that shares the parking lot with this Marriott. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, complete facilities, good surrounding environment of the hotel, safe accommodation experience, good location of the hotel, and will visit again next time.

This is a very comfortable, well-kept, well-managed hotel. We loved our stay here. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the breakfasts plentiful, and the suite we were in had plenty of space for us to unpack and relax — plus, guests can get a 10% discount at a great brewpub across their spacious parking lot!

Great people! omgoodness so accommodating and room very clean, breakfast was excellent the 2 days we stayed. The outside firepit was beautiful but too cold to enjoy outside pool n spa. Maybe another time they were both very clean. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable. Blessings Anna F.

Love this place to stay.... good size rooms with small full kitchen and living area.... very clean.... two bedroom suites are about the same size as two bedroom apartments....
I have stay here with my family of five for a little bit over 2 month....
Big variety of food in the morning (breakfast)
Big outside pool and jacuzzi... (very clean)
24 hour fitness.
Great location! Love it!!!

We had a meeting there and I thought the room was clean and we'll serviced during the day. The food for the meeting was above expectations for not having a restaurant on site. The guest rooms were also nice with comfortable beds. Their is a really good brew pub, Hopworks, that shares a parking lot if you want to stay close for dinner.
