Great guest!!!! Wendy & Bill.....were so helpful and great guides on locals places. I highly recommend anyone to stay there. The beds are super comfy whenever in Vandalia, IL. I have stayed here in 2021 & 2022. Super quiet at night !!!

Bill has a very wild-like hunting experience! Lots and lots of cover, and many different spots to hunt. You'll never get bored hunting here I'll promise you that, the Continental Pheasant hunt is one of my favorites. You can use your own dog to do a hunt or schedule to have a guide take you with them using their dogs. He also offers dog training to if your dog needs a pre season refresher or even start from scratch training. And the comradery built is just awesome. Finish the hunt off and eat salami cheese and crackers while they clean the birds.

Great hunt, much better than I expected! Totalled 12 pheasents and 9 chuckars in two days! Guides are a pleasure to work with.. I went with Steve and Dean, both were great and their dogs were trained well.

This is an awesome place to hunt upland birds they have great cover for birds. You are truly treated like VIP. They even clean your birds for you at no extra charge

A wonderful place to shoot and hunt, the owners truly have a unique, old school style hunt with lots of ground. Bring your own dog or use theirs its all great.

Birds flew well. Cover was good. Ranged from fox tail, paraire grass, fence rolls.

Sandy Run Hunt is a great place to hunt pheasants chuckers and guail. We really enjoyed our hunts.
