I have been banking here since 1972 when they first opened. I have nothing but nice things to say about the employees who go above and beyond for me over the years. They are not only knowledgeable but friendly as well. Do not understand any of the low ratings. BEST BANK IN THE AREA!

horrible service, they didn't want to cash me a check because I didn't have an ID that they liked when I showed one with my address in Chicago, another bank card with my name on it and they didn't care that I explained to them that a manager was walking through the storm and the skinny woman he just told me I can't do anything bye even though I asked him please is this a community bank? excellent service -5 stars

Every time I go into this bank they ask are you a customer? I would not be here if I wasn’t first of all but I went in on Friday 12/16 and the worst experience ever Alfredo helped me and he was so far beyond rude that I am most likely going to find a new bank.

Didnt even want to give them ONE star!! Went in today to file a fraud report and BECAUSE our bank app supports Zelle and a scammer used my information, I can't get my hard earned money back. Here's a tip: If you don't want this happening, then don't use any other app that supports the bank!! I WILL be calling corporate and WILL be filing a police report!!

Go to another branch of Wintrust. They seem like their computers have limited access to full account information
