We used William for the sale of house in Hoffman Estates. We had him come in December to evaluate our home and advise what we might should change to get the most for it. We had him list the house on March 3rd and by the 7th we had 6 offers on our home and all but one was for over listing price. He was quick on sending out viewing appointments and followed up with information and keeping us up to date. Our sale and closing was the best process we ever could have asked for. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I found this company on Google. Since I wanted to find a full time realtor not a realtor that claims they work full time. I decided to call and see who picks up and who lets it go to voicemail. Real 1 Realty was one of 5 that I called that day. It was William that picked up on a Saturday morning at 9am. (The other 4 never returned my call after I left messages.) William was very professional and you can tell he was capable and experienced. Our situation had some complications and came with dilemmas because the estate was in Trust. He knew exactly what to do and throughout the process his advice was always precise and the right thing to do. My sister and I were so grateful we were in such capable hands. Our house sold quickly and we felt it was at the price point that the market held. Awesome company and I highly recommend them!!

We recently purchased a home for my parents in Crystal Lake with Michele F. This was by far the best experience ever purchasing any property!! Not only did we meet her by circumstance when we were looking at a property she was the realtor for but she was amazing. My parents especially my mom are hard to please. She never once pushed any of the properties we looked at (and we looked at a lot) on them, she really wanted them to love the home they were buying. She was always HONEST and always helped direct them. This is by far not our first purchase and I would never use another realtor besides Michele again. I hope this company knows they found a gem with her. She always had time for us and even when we looked 3 times at a home. The home we purchased .... i cannot tell you how above and beyond she went for them .... down to even checking square footage for us.... just an Amazing person in general. Thank you cannot even express how grateful I am to have worked with her. I now recommend her to every person I work with once they say they are looking for a home. I will definitely definitely keep her as my agent.

COMPLETE TURN KEY SERVICE
I was no longer able to work due to a medical condition. My mortgage holder was understanding to a point. Served foreclosure papers. I called William at Real 1 Realty. He fully explained all my options and recommended a short sale. He did everything, obtained approval from bank, marketed the house and closed in less than 6 months. I was not charged with a deficiency judgement from my lender. Real 1 Realty went above and beyond to shepherd me through this trying process. I do not have the words to express my satisfaction. You can trust them just as I did, they will not let you down.
