What a great company to trust for your carpet works. From choosing color and quality, Mike was very professional and invested to ensure we got the best of our investment and the best comfort for our home. Mike is very customer centric that even when I delayed deliberately to move forward, he was very patient to wait until I finally made up my mind.
The installation team is very experienced and fast-paced and absolutely excellent. These guys finished the whole house in less than 16 hours of work.

He always made time for my many calls and was patient when I changed my choices even at the last minute! If your in the store ask for Tim Teastman he made the entire experience easy, educated me about the flooring I was choosing, and wasn’t pushy at all and kept me informed throughout. Javier was our installer and he was great as well came in worked fast with precision and detail he did an amazing job!!! We would definitely use again in the future for any of our flooring needs!

We walked into the Orland Park store 5 minutes from closing time (not knowing what time they closed). Mike Potempa had the lights off already & we told him we would return the next day. He said he would stay as long as we needed. We kept him 45 minutes, but narrowed choices down for 2 rooms. When we called Mike to come out & measure, he offered to drop what he was doing, but accommodated us by coming out later that same day. He called us within a day to let us know one of our choices was out of stock, and had samples waiting when we returned to the store to re-select. He's dedicated, absolutely knows his industry, is friendly, professional & accommodating. Good carpeting & GOOD padding for a reasonable price. Our carpet was installed within 11 days. The installers were professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves & did a great job of installing floors, stairs & closets. Seams in doorways are perfect. We will highly recommend Carpet One/Carpet Interiors.

Great service from Mike Potempa, he was very helpful. They have a large inventory of flooring and I found exactly what I wanted. The installers were fantastic. They moved all the furniture and the install on my flooring went smoothly. Will be needing carpet shortly and will be going back to Carpet Interiors.

Highly recommend! Mike was exceptionally great helping explain the INS and outs about replacing and installing our parents new carpet. They scheduled us within days and around our trash day and the great installers brought old carpet to curb for pick up at no extra cost. Installer Donald and teammate were right on time, very pleasant and informative and quick and cleaned up! We are already recommending to our neighbors. Plus, they are a local business. All around super job!

Carpet One was great to work with when we recarpeted our entire second floor. The sales person (John Potempa) I worked with explained everything thuroughly and quoted us a fair price. The installers were professional, moved the heavy pieces of furniture, and did a bang up job. We will be using them again when we do the first floor.

We needed two stairwells carpeted at our Orland Park office and working with Mike at Carpet Interiors was pleasant and professional. Mike came to our office promptly as promised and brought samples as well which made things way easier. We had some other quotes but went with Mike due to his professionalism which gave us faith the job would be done right. A few weeks later the install was done and things look great. The install crew was professional and detail oriented which is much appreciated.
