From the first day Reid came to our home, he displayed a professional and warm-hearted attitude. He gave us honest and creative ideas that we never thought of for listing our home. Within five days of listing, we were under contract. As we looked at homes to purchase, Reid provided us with showings that meet the needs of our family. He listened with an open ear to what we were looking for and wasted no time in showing us only those homes that best fit our requirements. Reid maintained constant communication between all attorneys, realtors and lenders. When we had multiple complications in selling our home - all being Buyers' faults - Reid kept us calm when we had no control on what was out of our hands. His commitment to us was relentless. He worked around the clock in doing whatever it took to make sure that the sale of our home went through so we could purchase our dream home.

If you are ever selling your home, you need to avoid Fred Hoff, owner of Hoff Realtors! DO NOT USE HIM. NOT professional, NOT respectful, and has NO empathy, for someone with "supposedly" 30 years in the business. He came through our home that is currently on the market with his clients, and first chose to ignore the polite request to cover shoes or remove them, and then second left our house unlocked and doors wide open! Dirty foot prints on our just shampood carpets was a fun thing to come home to. And when confronted by our agent about how he left the house, his answer was "Well that is what you have to expect when you open your house to the public". Like we are a bar or something.
