Burger King

Some might say this is the best Burger King they’ve ever been in ever! My travel partner seemed to think so. They were fast, courteous and the food was great. I will say the manager on duty was very present and knew how to run things. Well done!

Food was fresh,hot and good. Young man working register was on point and you could visibly see everybody hustling in the kitchen.

The employees were hard working and very friendly. They were busy and short on workers, but still kept smiling and making sure everyone was taken care of. Even though some orders were slower, customers were very friendly too and being respectful, which is what the BK team needed. Order was spot on and very fresh.

A smooth drive through experience is on top of my list when choosing my fast food restaurant of choice. I have a car load of kids and in the morning this one's a lifesaver! Thanks to Ann for always remembering our order, getting it right every time and always doing it with such a consistently positive attitude. My kids beg to go to Burger king now.. are you hiring cuz I might need a second job just to support our new bk habit!

Modern restaurant with friendly staff. Food was hot. I ate inside, the service was very quick. Order was up before I finished choosing my beverage at the self serve drink and condiment bar. They have game stations you can play on while enjoying your meal. I played mahjong. Fun. I used the restroom before eating to wash my hands and found it to be clean, well stocked and odor free. I'll definitely be back to this location, always so nice and quick with it.

My 2 kids and I visited around 5 p.m. The ladies up front were Super nice, very talkative, great eye contact and they even talked to my kids. A lot of places just want you in and out, but for my 2nd experience at any Burger King, this was an awesome experience. My kid's food was also hot and fresh! Great job and thank you for the great work!

Service with a smile! Had a deal that couldn't be beat. Two bacon cheeseburgers small fry and a small drink for $4. Food was great! Hot freshly prepared. 😋

I haven't been to burger king in a long time and was pleasantly surprised. The dining room was open and clean. This is a nice BK.

This is a new Burger King with access from highway 270 near Pontoon Beach and Mitchell, IL. Very nice, clean interior. Great customer service. Food was delicious and was prepared quickly. We'll definitely return.

The staff was very friendly and helpful..their lobby is currently shut due to COVID-19 and I’m a truck driver..that being said I can’t pull through the drive thru or go in the lobby..I called and spoke to a young man who assured me that I could place my order at the window if I walked across the road there..I did and the burgers we received we’re wonderful..

The new BK located on H270 and H111 in Pontoon Beach is fantastic. I have visited 3 times already and I've enjoyed the hot food and friendly service, which is fast, keep up the good services.

Food is great morning, noon, and night. And the drive thru folks are very, very friendly.

Stopped at the drive thru. Got 4 chicken sandwichs, and 1 fish sandwich. Delicious. Extra lettuce. Extra mayo. Moist hot buns. Hot crispy on the inside, moist on the inside. ROCKING.

Clean, and easy to get to off the interstate before getting into St Louis (westbound). And we could dine in, unlike places in St Louis....
