I forgot the name of the employees that helped me. I think the woman was named Angie?? And a young guy with glasses. They were both sooooo helpful and cool and easy to talk to. Laid out all my options for me and helped me get the best deal.

My experience at this store is always awesome. I made an appointment and was seen right away. The ‘genius’ who helped me this time was Mona. She was extremely professional yet friendly. I had been having a problem with my voicemail for about three weeks. I had spoken to AT&T at least four times and an average of 3 hours each time. I also went to Best Buy with no success. Mona informed me that voicemail is through the carrier but she said she would do her best to help me since I had already gone to the carrier and she did just that. She explained everything that she was doing and why. When all was said and done, my problem was fixed. I can’t thank Mona enough.
If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I am very happy with my most recent (11/5/23) visit to the Apple Store in Orland Square Mall.

My wife and I were greeted and checked in by Apple employee Markel and Apple’s Security Officer Anthony. Both gentlemen showed the best customer service I have ever seen, hands down. I swear, I’m not just saying that. They were both so friendly, outgoing, funny, knowledgeable, and professional.

After Markel asked what brought us in, and I explained how my phone wasn’t charging because I thought it was dirty in the charging port, he didn’t even make me wait the 15 minutes for my appointment. He brought his tools out and solved my issue in about 2 minutes.

I can’t sing praises high enough for both of these gentlemen. Usually going to Apple is somewhat chaotic, but these two employees not only made the entire visit calm and painless, but they made it a very fun experience, as well. They have the best customer service skills and work ethics that I have ever seen. To be happy and ready to help at the sight of people needing help, that is something a lot of companies could use to model their customer support skills after.

Absolutely well done Markel & Anthony, and thank you both for such a pleasant experience!!

I just told by my friend; who works there. I love the atmosphere .It is something to go into a place , but seeing your friend after 4years;. will make me go and support Sephora again and always.The employees were all so wonderful.They're so cheerful and professional, all the same.

I went to this Apple Store today and my experience was nothing short of wonderful the technician was so patient with me as I am tech illiterate and 67 years old he explained everything to me and asked questions in a way I could understand and answer he could see I was struggling he set up a phone call for me with customer support in case I needed it I could not have asked for a better experience so sorry I didn’t get his name I will try and update this review he was too wonderful not to acknowledge.

I’ve been here a few times (outside of my appointment time) and everyone there was friendly as can be. They’re always making sure you have what you need to be comfortable, they’re very knowledgeable, and make sure you understand everything about your product before you leave.

The service, atmosphere and overall experience in this store was exceptional. My mom is 87 and is a huge Apple fan and needed support for her email login. The support she received was kind, friendly and supportive. I have Android devices, but after my experience with my mom in the Apple store, I was tempted to switch. Thank you Apple team!

Dominque was amazing!!! Friendly, knowledgeable and personable plus my issue was actually with my service provider and not Apple. I had gone there first and they sent me to Apple. Luckily, I didn’t have to go back to see someone else at T-Mobile because Dominque was familiar with the phone and was able to change my settings with just a few clicks. In less than minutes, my phone was fixed and it wasn’t even an Apple issue so many kudos to Dominque for being so quick, efficient and just plain sweet. Customer service all around was great and I was seen much quicker than anticipated. Great experience with customer service that went above and beyond!

I was having issues with my brand new iPad that was issued to me still in the box. To top it all off I somehow forgot my password smh. So after speaking with a couple of apple phone techs I was still not able to successfully get an reset done. So an appointment was setup by the tech. I went in to see one of the Apple Geniuses " at first I thought it was interesting but when my Apple Genius Taylor found me she was just that a Apple Genius " . She asked me some questions about my problems and was able to identify the situation and told me to sit back and give her an moment then she whisked away with my iPad. I will let you know that before this really cool informative demonstration was going on was finished she had me all wrapped up and ready to go. I have to say that her knowledge, empathy and customer service was amazing. I don't have a lot of Apple products but never know great products, great customer service. Makes a great team. Thanks again Taylor for making my situation a successful transition

MARQUEL IS PHENOMENAL! After a lackluster experience at Verizon I brought my mother-in-law here to upgrade her phone. MARQUEL helped us and was amazing. He was funny and patiently walked her through her upgrade so she felt comfortable with her new device. Overall great experience-as always.

Tim the sales associate Tim and Matthew store manager were awesome very knowledgeable and helpful with my situation. Tim went out his way to help me solve my issues with paying with my apple card. We exchange some very helpful information this store and they're workers are awesome very outgoing and helpful. I would advise all my friends and family to visit this awesome store.

Came in to purchase a new charger, and buy a screen protector. Carl was the one helping me out. He was friendly and sweet. OMG!! When he applied the screen protector!! IT WAS PERFECT!!! very happy with my service here.

If you go there, try to get Andrew with the curly black hair. Even though they usually just assign you a person, Andrew was the best apple guy I've ever seen. He was able to help us solve our problems in just a few minutes.

We had come for a refund on a phone we had just bought, but we were just outside of the refund period. A manager the week before had said that if we returned the phone, we would lose $240 due to the trade in we had given them. It took the manager and two other techs thirty minutes to figure all this out. They had mentioned that we might have gotten a gift card for the $240 to use in the store, but they couldn't make the computer cooperate. My daughter and I came back a few days later because my daughter wanted the new pink iphone 13 so bad, she was willing to pay the $240 difference for the new phone.

Enter Andrew. Click click click and within a few minutes, he handed us a gift card that we were able to use toward the new phone. As a mom, it was such a relief to see my daughter get exactly what she wanted without feeling like we had been cheated. Seriously. Remember the name. Andrew. He says he has been there for six years and has no interest in being manager. He just likes helping people. I feel that's a guy you can trust.

Chris was a great help. Answered all of our questions. Provided additional information of classes Apple has in store. Made sure we were comfortable after the fix. Highly recommend this guy for assistance.

Edit: 8/4 Had to come back due to my phone going dead again. I didn’t make an appointment either time and understood the process. I think other people giving reviews have unrealistic views on how things should be handled. Nick took care of me this time around. Things were handled efficiently and effectively. After I was called to be helped, everything went quick. He made sure everything was good and even saved me time having to activate my phone. Awesome service!
