I like the customer service the time out to let me see what I wanted even offered other options on mattresses (I took longer in deciding lol). Walked into Mattress Firm Hannover Park last week looking for mattress/base/bed solution very clueless as to what we need.
We were warmly greeted by Charlie who took his time to understand our pain points and what we came in for. He spent extra time with us as we asked questions and tried different mattresses, adjustable bases, and beds. Charlie suggested us signature adjustable base and memory foam pillows.

Amazing experience buying a mattress! My boyfriend and I came in not knowing exactly where to start and Ron was incredible. He walked us through all the different options and was very honest with what he thought we would like based on our preferences. He was a pleasure to work with and showed a lot of knowledge in his field! I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a mattress- thank you!

Went in with my boyfriend to just get an idea on mattresses and prices and left buying a brand new set. The associate, Eric, was wonderful. Personable, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He knew his stuff. He made the whole process (including the financing) super easy. Would definitely go back to this location.
