I stopped in on this shop while I was road tripping from Canada! Even as a new face I felt welcome and included!
Great shop, no gatekeeping here and they all know their stuff! I will come back if I pass through again.

I’m as new to the hobby as it gets, Ryan and Tim were such a help, teaching me the basic concept of the game, building and painting miniatures. Was apprehensive going in but Ryan and Tim were supportive and encouraging beyond what I was expecting. They weren’t pushy in pitching sales they were focused solely on getting me up to speed on The Hobby and easing me into the game. Will be back next time I have a day off!

Started coming here and finally got my first set of Warhammer 40k Orks. Friendly employees, and I enjoyed learning how to play the tabletop. It is very informative and a great community to play and hobby.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, super helpful for a person new to the hobby like myself. I’ll be coming here for all my future Warhammer needs!

This store was awesome, incredibly friendly employees (big shoutout Tim, super nice dude along with the other 2 guys who I can’t remember their names!), great banter. I brought my child to the store who liked to look at all the figures and all the players were very friendly and accommodating with them! Glad I got my kill team here as opposed to online. Highly recommended.

Tim, Jim, and Dan are amazing. Great guys and very helpful. Each have a specialty aspect of the game that they help with. Tim's painting advice is impeccable. Jim's sales pitches while also respecting the customer is out of this world. Dan's also extremely amazing at his sales butcher shines most when helping players with rules questions, helping players craft the list they want while also making the sales behind those lists. It's because of these 3 I buy from this store. Amazing guys, keep up the great work.

I haven't been to the store in a long while now, but going back reminded how fun the warhammer hobby is. Even though it had been so long everything was about the same. The man working there was very kind and helping when it came to asking questions. Overall great experience and if you are in the area and looking to start the hobby this is a great place to go.

My daughter was playing softball in the area. I had a bit of time to spare, so I stopped in. I'm glad I did. I haven't played Warhammer, so they offered to spend a bit of time with an introductory game. I didn't have time. If I did accept, I'm not sure where we would've played. There were three tables playing 40K and one playing Sigmar; all having a good time. I forget their names, but their knowledge of the game is obvious. If you are wondering about Warhammer or any of the associated games, stop by. Your time will be well spent.

Awesome store! Always has what I need! The Staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I can't wait for the covid crisis to be over so I can get to playing Killteam here!

Stop by yesterday it was my first games workshop store I've ever been to. I've been in the hobby for years and even sold the product when i worked at a game store for many years. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and funny . I felt at home. There were a few people playing a game someone being taught by another employee and somebody sitting in the corner painting their models. 10 out of 10 would recommend . It was my first time in Tinley Park drove over an hour away for dinner but Tim at this location stole the evening. Thank you .

Jim and Tim where really cool and helpful in both painting tips and helping with rules for 40k. I can't wait to have time to comeback and see them and everyone of the guys that play there again. Hopefully someday soon with my wife. Thank you guys for the sweet memories and making the long month of training fun!!!!

First pleasant experience at a Games Workshop store I've had in years. Tim was phenomenal in both his customer service, and his love of the hobby. He is a shining example of this hobby community, and the store is beautiful, and well-stocked. I will absolutely be back.

Awesome shop. Staff was super friendly and we chatted for a bit. I'm not from the area so likely won't go back but I'm sad I will. Good environment with people playing games and hanging out. Store was pretty well stocked. A little small area wise but super worth it. Would go again if I was ever in the area.

I stopped by the store today to learn more and ask a bunch of questions about the game. Tim and Tobias did such a great job addressing all of my questions and teaching me the ropes. These guys are so personable and make you feel right at home. I’m happy I had the pleasure of having these two help me out today!

Walked in wanting to start painting miniatures as a hobby and had NO IDEA where to start. I'd be lying if I said i wasn't intimidated by all the choices the hobby and this shop has to offer. Tim introduced himself and explained everything in detail AND in a way it was easy to wrap my head around and find a great place to start that was right for me. 10/10 would recommend this store to ANYONE looking to start this hobby or even play the game, super knowledgeable and amazing staff!!!
