AT&T Store

Tiffany was wonderful to work. Tiffany was very thorough and professional. She assisted me with making the switch to Direct TV Stream and the Internet Air with ease. If you are considering making the switch to streaming please come and see Tiffany at this store; she’s going to make sure that you can walk out the store watching your new Direct TV Stream service the same day! If I could give her ten stars I would do so.

Danielle is awesome! She helped me understand and she took her time and she made me feel like family as opposed to a customer. I hope you have her around for a long time. THANK YOU DANIELLE!

I have the best experience I have ever had at at&t with Tiffany in Orland Park. She took her time to set up my first net, my new line and walk me through all accessories. I really enjoyed being there. Thank you so much Tiffany!!

Tiffany and Danielle were awesome!! They helped me when the customer care wouldn’t help me. They deserve a raise, at least $2/hr, but I think it should be $5!!!

Went to the large ATT on Lagrange - it’s a huge store and they had a good amount of staff working so there was no wait. Tiffany was SO helpful. She quickly understood what we needed and was efficient in helping us out. Plus she was super friendly 🤗 very grateful for this quick and easy trip to the store.

I visited the store in Tinley park and they wouldn't even acknowledge me at the door.
It was very rude! I searched for another location and came across the Lagrange store. Upon arrival, the entire staff was eager and very polite to help me. The service across the board was exceptional!! I was very impressed and they will get my business from here on out.
I will also recommend to others to do business with them.

Marco goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service, hands-down. I don’t live near the area, but after helping my aunt with some things came to this location just for the customer service. Also, the manager, Joanne, and Zee were delightful and helpful

I paid a visit to AT&T in Orland Park. I had an issue with my phone. My AT&T Rep named Tiffany who is excellent in helping me with my phone. Tiffany took great care for what I needed. Highly recommended! Ask for Tiffany!

Danielle, from corporate in Orland on Lagrange was an amazing. She helped me understand how an authorized dealer on 159th and Harlem basically lied to me and wife and tricked us in a plan and phones. Don’t ever go to a store that is not corporate. Danielle explained exactly what happened after hours and hours and hours of calling 611 and going back and fourth with the store on 159th and Harlem. She deserves so much recognization for her patience with me when I didn’t even get my phones and plans at her location. Very grateful. Thank you.

Second time having to come to this ATT store for help and they were wonderful. Tiffany was great in assisting my phone set up and trying to tackle the problem. Highly recommend this store!

Tiffany was awesome today. She was patient with me and very knowledgeable and saved me money changed my Xfinity account to AT&T . This is the type of customer service we need when we are spending our hard earn money .

There were two issues I had when I went to the AT&T store, in Orland Park. Both were taken care of in a matter of minutes. I would recommend her and lady if you have any type of problems, take them to the Orland Park store on La Grange Rd.

Kathleen Webb. Tiffany helped so much and was so nice. It took a long time to get everything transferred and she was so nice and patient.

We met with Moe at the AT&T store in Orland Park, IL. He helped take advantage of the great trade-in values of our 3 phones, lowered our bill substantially, so now we have 3 Flagship models of the new Apple and Samsung phones, plus a Galaxy watch. and a 2nd Free Galaxy watch. Our total monthly bill dropped as well. He even helped us get the $175 of new phone activation fees waived thru an AARP deal. He also took care of all the transfer of texts, emails, contacts, apps, and storage to the newphonrs. Best phone experience ever! Way to go Moe!

My mother and I went in to upgrade my sister's phone as a gift and received outstanding customer care from Zaquell. His service was excellent from the moment we entered until we checked out. He was extremely patient, kind, and thorough in explaining what options were available. Overall, we were happy with our visit!
