I've been taking my dry cleaning and shirts for laundry here for several years. Expensive damask table cloths, leather and suede jackets, linens and clothing with tricky stains - the service has always been great. And recently they started a system where you automatically get an email letting you know when your order is ready, which is amazingly convenient. They also do light tailoring, so my buttons can go back on, and hems can be adjusted, all in one stop shopping. These days, since I avoid "dry clean only" clothing, most of my business with them is laundry for my work khakis and dress shirts. I have sworn never to touch an iron again and I couldn't be happier. My greatest concern with any shirt service, though, is most places do horrible damage to buttons because of the excessive heat of the presses. I can happily say this is the FIRST and ONLY dry cleaner who hasn't damaged my buttons (and I've used many cleaners for shirt service over the years, from NYC to Chicago to the Chicago suburbs). I have a very expensive dress shirt with wide but thinly carved shell buttons - the most difficult shirt to press without damaging something - and there has never been a problem in a few years of owning (and cleaning) that shirt. I have three or four shirts and three or four expensive casual dress pants including designer labels) laundered or dry cleaned weekly, and I have never had a problem. I'm sorry for the fellow who brought an item and had a bad experience, but so far this is the only cleaner I've been to without a bad experience, and I do go weekly.

Great service lady who iron knows how to make a crease,from shoulder to cuff as ask I couldn't be happier,from a person who can iron yet now doesn't have time. Just like home she knows what she's doing. I go for press only an for $1.60 couldn't be happier take in very fine work clothing along with silk. Long as she's their I'll never go back to other cleaner. She was I vacation an I even waited for her to come back man can she have your shirts stand in own with her folds. Happy as could be best money spent weekly 😁

Came in to Fair Oaks when I ripped my skirt mid-day. They fixed it immediately (and perfectly) and only charged a few dollars. I will definitely be back!

Was late on just putting a zipper on two jackets. Came an hour before they closed on the day they said it would be ready, and was told to "come back in an hour?". They had 4 full days, not exactly impressive.

Shirts cost $1.50 to be cleaned and pressed. Reasonably priced but the clerk tried to upsell me to just pressing the shirts only at $3.50. Why?! Number one rule of running a business is do what's right for the customer not your pocket. I never post reviews let alone a bad one. I went there once and will not go back again.

Absolutely horrible. They disappeared for a week leaving my suit in there when i was going out of town for an interview, had no choice but to buy a brand new suit. They did not leave any note or warn anybody. They have now reappeared but are continuing to close early without warning! Could not recommend this place any less. Completely unreliable!

Since changing owners this cleaners is horrible. My shirt collars were not cleaned. This would have never happened under the previous owners. I have only seen one person working there and she is typically rude. Sadly, they lost a 20 year customer .

Ruined a pair of $100 Kenneth Cole suit pants. Damage caused by a roller. Peter (name as of now--will change) was fast to deny responsibility. Got two other opinions from local cleaners who stated the damage was caused by his negligence. Peter then had the audacity to demand $3.00 for a botched cleaning! Don't work that way! Plenty of cleaners to go around who value my business and are not Bozos.
