Love this shop and the owner is very friendly! Half the reviews on here that say she is rude if you notice also criticize the way she speaks, or assume her ethnicity! Staff is also very knowledgeable.

Great little shop, and the Korean lady who runs it is a hoot! I laugh at those complaining that she’s rude haha that’s why I like her, she’s sassy but super friendly if you get on her good side. Great selection of live baits

Minnows, Crawlers, leeches, spikes, wax worms and many specialized hook baits are THE BEST quality you can find in the region. They take great care of all the bait and sell in volume so you are assured of lively, healthy and strong live baits. When you take a trip - even to Canada, be sure to order ahead of time so they can pack the bait for you - the bait you bring will be better than the local bait - by far! You will catch more fish with the better bait that Lee's offers!

Nice little tackle shop. Lots of JDM terminal tackle and baits. Mainly bass but they have live bait as well as a little bit of everything for all types of fishermen.

This place is generous with the amount of live bait they give you. They also have a big selection of live bait crawdads, minnows and things called gloworms. The lures and accessories are a bit more expensive because they are from Poland, Japan and other countries. But by the looks of it they are all well made. The people there are nice and friendly. Overall I will come again. :)

Great local bait store! Nice selection of live baits, everything a family needs for local fishing. knowledgeable staff, Kim always knows what is happening at the local forest preserve lakes! Good selection of tackle. I get all of my reels re lined every year there. My kids love the Koi pond! I also buy bulk minnows and night crawlers to take to Canada in the spring. She offers Salting service for minnows, and she will pack your crawlers in a Canadian Customs friendly bedding.

Great location relative to many fishing spots. The woman behind the counter is always friendly. They usually have what I'm looking for in stock. The exception is when they sell out of the hot baits because of demand.

Lee's Bait & Tackle is a amazing place. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and she even set up the bubble box for me in the minnow bucket. Great staff and very friendly place highly recommend....

Great place to pick up last minute fishing supplies. Also only place I have my line put on my reels. Ask for Angle he is the best.

You can always get hard to find tackle. If they don't have it, they will source it and get it for you. Well stocked with fresh healthy live bait and on some, generous portions.

Very knowledgeable and things that hard to find at bass pro it is there at better prices! Plus it’s right by mallard yen deep Corey lake in bass lake in the Des Plaines River very good place
