After having a lot of wind damage, we had several companies look at and estimate fixing/ replacing our roof. Eugene was the second or 3 person we talked to, and when he left, we knew who we would probably go with. Eugene was a big help, working with us to show our insurance company the damage that they had missed in their initial estimate. He came out several times, and even after the job was complete and he didn't really have to continue helping us, he responded promptly to us and our insurance companies calls.

He was also good about pointing out little things that would be good to replace while they had the roof cleared that would be a pain down the road. I never felt like he was trying to squeeze more money out of us, he really was trying to help, and did.

We love our new roof, and know that if we need to contact Eugene in the future, that he'll be there to help and won't just disappear because the job is done.

Estate Exteriors installed an asphalt roof on my newly purchased home. The job was conducted in a professional manner from start to finish. Eugene was very detailed and transparent with all of the work that went into the roof including replacing 8 skylights. Some underlying conditions were discovered during the old roof demo and Eugene addressed them with me rather than hiding it with new shingles as most companies would do. They took great care to make sure no water got into my house on days with poor weather. After the job was completed, they left my property cleaner than when they started! The roof looks great. Estate Exteriors did our gutters. There estimate was reasonable compared to others we looked at. Their work came in on budget! Other contractors were much less responsive. Eugene was quick to get back to us throughout the entire process. Work was done on time and the quality was excellent!

Estate Exteriors did a great job with the full replacement of our roof. They were very thorough and addressed all problems, e.g. leaking skylight and the total cost was very reasonable. Our roof was not very old but the previous contractor cut corners in some places which ultimately led to water leaks.
Eugene took time to explain why we had these issues and how they would fix them. Further, he spent a lot of time working with my insurance company to get maximum benefits from our homeowners policy. He was a trusted advisor who helped make the best decision and took time to discuss the pros and cons of different options.

In 2 days as he mentioned he replaced the gutter and downspout as committed including one shingle. My wife and I worked with Estate Exteriors after a hail storm that we thought might have damaged our roof. We selected Estate Exteriors because of its excellent reviews, the company acting as both a public adjuster and a contractor, the company being local, and the warranty offered.

From beginning to end, Eugene took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process – the initial assessment of any damage, Estate Exteriors filing a claim (as warranted) and dealing with the insurance company and its own assessment of damage, the likelihood of a successful claim, and scheduling of work. He even took the time to explain a typical insurance company breakdown of the work needed and associated costs versus his own, which was a welcome level of detail. It was very helpful to understand the process and to know what to expect.

We ended up needing a new roof and gutters, and although we had the option to go with another contractor for the work, we gladly worked with Estate Exteriors. Eugene scheduled the work promptly, provided an accurate timeline for completion of the different stages of work, and even worked with us to re-route a few downspouts, including a last minute adjustment that he did himself when he stopped by to check in after work was completed.
