Staff had Very nice attitude and very helpful and professional! I only asked for replacing screw but he also helped me to replace the pad. Very good experience in general

I called this place four different times and everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and patient with me. When I walked in, they were ridiculously busy (and short staffed) but the staff greeted me with a smile anyway and asked how they could help. Once they got me checked in, the doctor immediately took me back and listened to what was going on with my eyes and made great recommendations. He told me what my eyes were doing and didn't make me feel stupid. He helped me tremendously while he was rushing around and staying late. He was kind and considerate as well as his staff! So thank you for everything!

I have always had good service and great glasses from this vision center. I prefer it over the supposedly fancier places that are better-covered by my insurance. I don't often review things, but I saw such negative reviews here that I wanted to say something.

Got amazing service, the optometrist was extremely knowledgeable and was helpful to his employees. Would 100% recommend.

Waited for 40 minutes just to have my glasses adjusted. Sign said they would return by 1:50pm, and they did not. I was there until 2:30pm. Left several times to ask staff who we could call. They said no one. In that time three other people came for service and left. Phones rang off the hook. I called back when I returned home and the staff member on duty said the "sorry we missed you" clock was set to 2:50. Technically the hands were on 2 and 50. Which reads to everyone who came in as 1:50. I explained this when I returned. Service was actually great, but... analog clocks need to be set correctly, and I had no success tracking down anyone who could help or page someone for help while waiting to verify time of return.

Definitely not recommended. If you have insurance it would be worth the wait for a later appointment date, unless you drastically life-or-death situation require this places service over other more professional and easy going types of people.

The Doctor himself lacks compassion for those who would appreciate his assistance.
Lacks understanding and is unwilling to be helpful if you are so late as one minute to your appointment.

If getting glasses, other places under certain insurance have a nicer choice of frames. (Opinion)

Came here once when I was younger, the associates at this location were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I visited I was underage, probably in my early teens, and they refused to let me buy adult glasses, saying I had to wear glasses from the children's section. The ones designated for children were too small for my head and yet they still wouldn't let me buy the glasses that actually fit. They were so rude we left without anything.

They never answer the phone, there is rarely any one there for assistance and they aren’t there at the times they specifically say they are going to be. The day of my appointment, I waited almost a full hour to see the doctor because none of the 5 technicians bothered to prep me for an appointment. The optometrist was rude. The technicians were more interested in gossiping and flirting than helping. And their prices are higher than 2 other places I talked to. Definitely won’t be going back.

This place is a joke. Scheduled an appt for 5:30 and because of the type of insurance I have, I couldnt be seen that late in the day due to them possibly not having adequate staff on hand. When I called back to ask for the corporate number I was given the Walmart number and that the manager was out to lunch. If this how you treat customers regardless of their insurance, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I have visited 3 different times, before noon, to get my son's glasses repaired. All three times they were closed. So when are you open? poor

This place is a joke all they want is your money very unprofessional, cannot get your prescription right.

I went there and they were very rude and they don´t even care about the customer.The prices are to high compared to actual optical stores
