Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue Downtown-Seattle

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was not only spacious and comfortable but impeccably clean as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere throughout our visit. Breakfast was a highlight—very good and plentiful, setting us up well for the day. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Very yummy hotchoclate and coffee station . Very clean place in the rooms and In the pool. The check in was also nice and polite. Anna and Rachel at the desk where great.

Perfect location. Close to shopping and many food options. The front desk staff are extremely professional and mindful of our needs. We have had to extend our trip and they helped us make it happen!! We have other options but this is where we prefer to stay!!!

I travel to the Seattle area every other week, and stay At Hampton Inn & Suites Bellevue. The location is great, and opposite to traffic. The rooms are good and clean. The housekeeping staff are great at what they do. Always smiling and providing assistance. The rates are fair for the area and provide for needed parking. I will continue to use this hotel for the near future.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and we loved all the little touches like hot chocolate bar at night!

Excellent stay at this Hampton. Check in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean, with a little staleness that quickly went away. The pool and view is amazing from the hotel with a great view of downtown and a view that rivals any I’ve seen from outside a major city. Breakfast was standard but good and well prepared. Definitely a great place to stay in Seattle.

I checked in yesterday and super friendly staff. Even when I walk by the cleaning crews, I haven't ran across one yet that hasn't smiled and said hi, that's what makes a stay welcoming. Room was clean and the hotel itself doesn't have that musty smell that you sometimes run across. The breakfast was nice and had several healthy selections. They even offer to bag a breakfast for you to go if you don't have to time to fix it yourself, EXCELLENT SERVICE! Its nice and quiet here too no wild craziness running around so if your debating on staying here don't just book it🤙

Absolutely amazing and very accommodating. The staff were very friendly. The room was large with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was large and well stocked. The breakfast was absolutley amazing with so many choices, including healthy choices. It made it so easy for having our two young children with us. We will definitely stay hear on our next trip in the area.

Had a really nice stay. Location is so easy and convenient, right across from lots of shopping (Target, PCC Market, Trader Joe's, just to name a few). Room was large, clean, and quiet. Bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again next time I need to make a trip to Bellevue.

The location has convenient access to everything at the hotel and places near hotel. Easy to park at the hotel and to navigate Bellevue. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff and management. They helped walk through typical technology issues that impacted the reservations we had. Other than one conversation, they took care of it.

Plenty of things in walking distance. Even a Best Buy.

**3/2023 update** I travel to Bellevue several times a year and I stay in this location and this is where I stay if I need a hotel. Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my service rating. I experienced the WORST customer service this afternoon. The disrespectful way I was treated was shocking and upsetting.

The hotel itself is still clean and comfortable; the night staff was EXCELLENT and breakfast was good.

It's unfortunate how 1 negative interaction with 2 employees can supercede all other positive experiences. I highly encourage some basic customer service trainings to avoid losing guests in the future.

We had just gotten off a cruise ship and they kick you off pretty early in the morning. The front desk attendant was incredibly helpful. She allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for our rooms to be ready. And they went out of their way to get us in our rooms as soon as they could.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful and clean and extremely nice.

The room is very clean. The front desk clerks are friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for me. There is also free shuttle to and from near by shopping malls.

Excellent stay overall! Check-in was simple and quick and they accommodated us for both early and late arrival. Initially had a room on the second floor but they gave us a room on the top floor when asked. We did get complimentary bottles of water for our Hilton reward membership.The room was bright, with a huge window that showed the skyline of the downtown buildings a few blocks away which was gorgeous after dark.
Beds, pillows and room were comfortable. Exceptionally clean and the housekeeping goes above and beyond by even wiping cobwebs up in the corners of the rooms. I'm pretty picky as I used to clean hotel rooms for my own employment and this was just as great. Water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was a little light but the shower head was fantastic pressure and the water stays hot/warm for a long time.
Room had a microwave, mini refrigerator, a desk and office chair, and a good size flat screen TV with tons of channels as well as a couple movie channels like HBO.
We called the front desk for a extra blanket and Haley came with two and a super great attitude about having to deliver it. She even asked if there was anything else she could help us with before dropping the blankets off.
Breakfast selection is diverse with coffee and tea few different juices for drinks. They had homemade omelets and large chunked potatoes for warm foods. They also had individually wrapped items like bagels and cream cheese, muffins, oranges, apples and bananas and Greek yogurt.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Bellevue and we really liked it. The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. We really liked the breakfast, you have to try the waffles! What I like the most about this hotel is the indoor swimming pool which is the perfect size and has a nice and relaxing view of a forest. The hotel also has a large parking lot.

We always stay here when we come to town, it has nice rooms and decent beds. The atmosphere is welcoming and the free breakfast in the morning is always great.

Great spot for a quick stay! Close to seattle proper, and also conveniently within a 10 minute walk of downtown bellevue and all of the stuff to do on that side of town. This is definitely a good place for if you’re in town for a few days. Continental breakfast is included and the staff is friendly, attentive, and super helpful. Vibes of this place are great! For the price point my room was pretty nice and very clean. Would come back again for a quick trip to the Seattle area.
