I have been remodeling my home getting it ready to sell. I have been at Home Depot pretty much everyday for the last month, seriously EVERYDAY🤦‍♀
Kari has been so nice and helpful each time when I can’t find something in the store
She has saved me so much time and money! Kari went out of her way to find every product that I needed and helped me find the best prices.
She is a huge asset to Home Depot

Today I had the great pleasure of being helped by Peter in the kitchen faucet department at the Bellevue Home Depot. He was so helpful and friendly. I am so impressed! I couldn’t have made the correct decision without him!

I placed an order for a commercial mixer than ended up being lost in transit! I called up customer service and they were able to connect me to the district manager who was able to refund me for my original order and then place a new one for me for a better product with a discount too that ended up being less than the original amount I paid :,) Not to mention, he went a step ahead to even personally deliver the product to my workplace even though my original order was in store pick up. Definitely recommend shopping at home depot (not just in Bellevue) for the insanely above and beyond customer service :))

I love this place! Go in there for one thing, come out with three! What more can I say?! Wood work, gardening, plumbing, electrical, lighting. You name it, they got it! Bravo!

My favorite go to store, with plenty of helpful staff to guide you around where the things are, vs. exploring the whole warehouse... saves you time and more importantly avoiding the frustration for having to chase ghosts throughout the store.
For mini projects, in and out in 15min is the ultimate goal...

What an amazing store! The garden area was full of healthy, thriving plants and was laid out in a customer friendly manner.

Bob in the paint department went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the proper products for my project as well as helping me with my color scheme. A+++ service

Had a wonderful experience with Antionette (Toni), Briza, and Jay g at guest service. I was in with my boyfriend who was purchasing a tool box and had questions about pricing. These employees at guest service were so helpful and nice! Not only did they answer all our questions and help us with what we needed but they were extremely calm and collected with other guests during an obvious rush. There were rude customers all around even swore and they handled everything so well! They gave off such great energy! Just a reminder to customer retail workers are humans to.

An unbelievable selection, both in the store and online, and this home Depot actually cares about making sure that clients have time to talk to the associates and professionals and get the advice they need. I continue to be amazed at how incredibly clean and well organized. A store of this size and diversity can be. Definitely a one-stop shop for any DIY person

I very rarely give a 1 star review but the staff at this Home Depot are rude and unhelpful. I have been coming to this store for over ten years and I cannot think of a time when the staff was nice helpful. In fact they are the complete opposite, unwelcoming and pompous. If you ask some one for help be prepared to get a look of "are you seriously asking me that", a big sigh, and if they help you, they walk at the pace of a turtle.
4/10/2018 I am changing my review to a 5 star review because the store manager reached out to me and actually cares. If you have a BAD EXPERIENCE at Home Depot reach out to Jeremy Hash, he is extremely professional, good listener, and wants to make a difference at this store. He took the time to talk everything out and even helped load several 50 lb bags of sand into the back of my truck. Thank you Jeremy!!!

Wow! Our visit to this location left an impression, a very positive one at that!

Not sure we can pinpoint exactly why we left praising this experience as it was a combination of things. To name a few, the store was really clean, well organized and the team there was super helpful. In past visits to a Home Depot, we felt like the team was there to be helpful however, rarely could we get any help when needed.
It was the opposite at this store, ....we felt like the team was walking around looking for people that they could help, ....making eye contact, asking genuinely, "did you find what you were looking for?" and if not,.....they walked you right to it.

We left thinking that Corporate Home Depot is asking the stores to step-up their service game. If so, ....kudos!

Selfishly, we wish this store was closer for us, we would make this one our go-to!

Tony helped me out with an issue I was having with pricing. She was nice accommodating and knowledgeable.

Easy exit and entering, great store layout. Be aware of how you want to leave. Helpful staff. Not like others where it's a Ghost town.

It's easy to track down an employee and who works in the right department. Staff are generally helpful and the specialists know their stuff. Had good luck getting help I needed.

Large garden department out side you will love it.
