Today we started our Christmas shopping with this location and I am glad we stopped by here. Currently they have %25 off on every item, also %50 off on clearance items. This locations of Guess has so many good selections and the store was pretty neat. The Staff here is amazing, they kept approaching us and asked us if we need any help and they answered our questions, went above and beyond. I will surely come back to this location more from now on.

Great customer service! very friendly staff, organized and easy to shop! Positively great customer care and exceptional services each time I visit to this guess. And was above and beyond to help their customers. I've been to this location on multiple occasions and have not been disappointed. The quality of clothes is really excellent. Bought a jeans and shirt. Sometimes their items are 20%,30%,40% off. They have a wide selection for women, men, and accessories. Had an amazing shopping experience to this guess location. Thanks guys, I appreciate all of your efforts. Would definitely recommended.

I’d never been in Guess before today. I was on my way out of the mall as all of the stores were closing and I saw this really pretty top on a mannequin in the window, I was unsure if they were going to let me get it because they were closing but they let me in. A sales associate named Charlie assisted me and my boyfriend. He asked me my size and went and got the top for me. He was so friendly and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed at all. He also told me to sign up for the loyalty program and saved me 15% on my total purchase. For it to be my first time in a store at closing time the experience was amazing. They have bunch of great stuff and I’ll definitely be back just earlier.

I came into the Guess store in Orland Square, and I got the most helpful, caring, and friendly service! Nyelah was my favorite employee out of everyone working, she is amazing!!
