Best Western Premier Hotel at Fisher's Landing

This hotel is amazing. Aside from the comfort, cleanliness, great location and affordable rates, I have to say the staff were my favorite thing about this place. My partner and I messed up with booking our reservation online a couple times and Maxwell, at the front desk, could not have been more helpful and patient. I swear I called the front desk about 10 times in the middle of the night and each time, Maxwell was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The other woman I briefly met in the morning who was working at the front desk, was also very sweet and made everything easy. This was a very stressful trip for me and my partner and the staff, especially Maxwell, made such a huge difference. 10/10 recommend. Give Maxwell a tip if you meet him!

Have stayed here a couple of times now. Both trips went very well and we enjoyed the hotel. Staff on both trips were very polite and very helpful and had lots of conversation while checking in our rooms. Rooms were nice and decently maintained. The restaurant is available in the lobby if you're looking for easy to find food without going out. There are also many restaurants very close by that you can walk or drive to in minutes. There is plenty of onsite free parking, even for large and oversized vehicles. They have a robot security guard that patrols the lot to prevent car breakins. However, the location seems fairly safe, and I never saw anything that would keep me from bringing my family here. This location overall is a decent place for your next trip.

Location great for Portland area, and general Vancouver, rooms clean and new. Staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin. I did not try restaurant but they told me it would be extra. Wait staff at restaurant were helpful with coffee machine which makes a cup on demand.

We found this gem of a Hotel when our power was out for 3 days. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the rooms and lobby areas are very nicely decorated and comfortably designed. We didn't want to leave!

I can't speak much about the location but it was quiet, rooms and staff are nice, and there is a decent little restaurant and bar downstairs. Their menu was very limited though.

Aloha! We fly in very late and don't get in until after 11pm and super tired after a long flight. We were greeted by Max G with a smile and a quick check in. He even gave us a complementary bottles of water. The lobby as well as our room was great. The hotel is so close to everything on our agenda. Thank you for having good night service for weary travelers….. oh and we love knowing Jimmy making us safe!

Well furnished, clean and comfortable rooms with thoughtful amenities. Friendly staff. The pool was clean. The food at the restaurant left a lot to be desired on taste and quality, but the waitress was very nice and the food was inexpensive for this inflated economy. And this is a review of the hotel.

We always stay here when visiting Vancouver and are impressed with the cleanliness, services and quietness. However, this time there were families staying there because of a soccer tournament and the kids were running, screaming down the hallway until at least midnight. Where were the parents? BTW, not the hotel’s fault.

Very clean, front desk girls are super nice, especially the younger 2 who sometimes work mornings! Very nice & friendly. The rooms are super big, the restaurant has great food, and most of all it’s quiet here. It’s also near lots of great stuff, grocery shopping, pharmacy, bowling alley, lots of store’s & restaurants, also not to far from the freeway. All in all it’s a great place to stay! I definitely recommend.

Hands down one of the best hotels I ever stayed at in my life. I take a lot of road trips and have stayed at a great deal of hotels. Best Western is one of my fav brands but this one is truly lovely. The staff is so helpful and pleasant all hours of the day. Rooms are super clean, beds so comfortable! Even the pull out sofas are a delight to sleep on. I visit this area of Vancouver often to see family, this is my new go to hotel in the area.

This place is awesome🥰 The room was huge and very clean👏👏👏 That's huge nowadays because it's rare🙃 The bed was so comfortable & the sheets are very soft😴 It was quiet unless someone was shutting their door without holding it😉 They have a robot like R2D2 that patrol's the parking lot 24hrs. & the food in their Bistro was great🥰 The area surrounding it is beautiful & they have a pond within walking distance💚 Stay safe everyone💫💫💫

I think this is one of the best hotels I've been too. Theres a bunch of different ones I've gone too but this one way way nice and super relaxed. The setting of it all is super comfortable. The rooms were extraordinary and the bathrooms are luxurious. Theres plenty to go see and do around the area. Overall hands down one of the best.

Very clean. Good location, I felt safe walking my dogs outside alone at midnight. My boyfriend really liked the night shift front desk lady and said she was extremely nice.

Hotel was so nice!The rooms were large, clean, with comfortable beds. The Security Robot made my grandson so happy. Great place to stay for your next vacation.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable hotel. This was my third stay in the last two months, and i plan on coming back again. My only complaint is the lack of healthier food options for dinner.

The location is off the highway, no problem with me though. The service is a little slow, still good though. If u do stay here it would be for like a one night type of thing. The hotel rooms are clean and the food in the lobby is to die for, not the cheapest hotel, but still a good one.

Quick check in, lots of parking. Safe area.
The hotel itself is very pretty inside, modern decor and color scheme.
Our room was on the 3rd floor. No issues. Clean room, no noise.
Loved that there is Nespresso machine! Would stay again!

Room was plenty large. Floor was quiet. Only negative was the refrigerator did not get drinks too cold. Other than that, this will be my go to hotel to stay at in Vancouver
