Arrive around 3pm and the place was packed. Had a 30 minute wait but it was a great experience after being seated. Service was great. Food was prompt & hot. Steaks were perfect & even better the next day because of course we ordered too much👌🏾

Went there for my birthday dinner with family. Steaks were cooked as stated and ordered. The baked sweet potato is an awesome side. Service was very good even though our server had several tables. No reservation is allowed but you can get on the wait list ahead of time. If you are not there when they call your name you go to the back of the line! Good place for decent price steak dinners.

My boyfriend and I enjoy coming here at least once a month. Service is good. Food is consistently delicious, and the once - and only time - I mentioned to our server that my steak was a little over cooked, the manager came out and apologized/comped my meal. We did not expect that at all, but it made us feel valued. We’ll be back in again soon!

The food was great and wasn’t cold or lukewarm, the prices were also reasonable for the quality and portion sizes for the food. The service was also wonderful, although we did have to ask someone where our waiter was, it was incredibly busy at the time, otherwise, the service was generally acceptable. Rooms are dimly lit and were somewhat crowded and bustling with all of the people, but it was otherwise very clean and the aesthetic matched pretty well. Overall, it was an awesome meal and I would recommend trying it yourself.

We stopped going here over the years because we were consistently getting bad service and incorrectly cooked steaks. However last night was a wonderful experience. Added our place in online. Didn’t show up till the indicated wait time. Got sat immediately. Brenden was our server and a phenomenal one at that. Made sure we had enough rolls, refills, made sure we cut into our steaks to insure quality. It was so refreshing to have a good experience after years of not. Thanks Brenden.

Love this location! Food arrived as ordered and was piping hot. Even with a full bar, Dakota (bartender), got our drinks to us in a timely manner & took great care of us.

Bar tenders Nick and Brooke were fantastic. Regional manager Rachel was around and one of the nicest and professional managers I have seen. Very helpful and full of joy. If you looking for a place to eat and have great service this is your place.

There was a big crowd, but hey it's roadhouse, we sat at the bar. Again great service and great people lead to a great night.

We went to dinner last Saturday after 9pm and sat up at the bar, Amber was an amazing bartender/ server. Drinks were always full and she was attentive to all of the customers. Great job!

Excellent piece of salmon, sweet potato and salad. Great service. Yummy rolls. Always reliable place for good food.

Be aware, getting into this place during the normal "dinner rush", can be a nightmare, mainly due to the popularity.

However, once you do get in (I recommend slightly off hours), you'll find the place a well maintained restaurant, with friendly staff, decent prices, and excellent proportions.

When ordering a meal at many places, you get your normal sized entree, and nearly anorexic sized sides... Not here. The entrees are normal to slightly larger than normal sized, and the sides are large enough to count as a small meal on their own.

Food is prepared the way you ask, and the staff openly tell you, if you have any complaints, to tell them and they'll make it right.

So how's the food taste? Guess you'll have to go and find that out for yourself... You won't be sorry.

(Shout out to 'Nikki', she made sure we never needed anything, but also didn't "hover", trying to rush us. Epitome of class A service :)

I have always loved this place. Went there this past Sunday, and my steak was like heaven. The service was awesome as usual!

Service was excellent, wait list worked great. Don’t go without using it. Chicken and steak was tender. Mashed potatoes and roasted lots were excellent. Waitresses so polite and efficient

This is always our go to place when we just don't know where to eat. Always solid service and food.

I always enjoy coming here. The food is good and our waitress Kenzie was amazing, always on top of making sure we were OK. My wife steak came out a little more pink then what she likes and Kenzie told us exactly how they were going to fix it, and said a manager will be delivering my wife's steak to make sure it was perfect, the way my wife liked it. And a few minutes went by and the manager shows up with my wife's steak and fries. Amazing place to be. You gotta try their medallions on seasoned rice with the portobello sauce 😋.

Jordan at the pick-up window was very nice, professional, and incredibly helpful with fulfilling my order on extremely short notice. This was my third time coming here and I will most certainly be returning again. 5 stars and 2 big thumbs up for Jordan!

We had Shea as a waitress on a fairly busy night. She was the sweetest and absolute best waitress. Great experience. Food was excellent.

Service was great, there when needed, but not pushy. Food was hot and quickly delivered to our table.

For starters I sat at the bar with Laura as the bartender. From the second you sit down it was top notch service. Food was good and the drink were great. Not normally a Texas Roadhouse guy but was happy to eat here twice this week with consistency!
