Buffalo Bob has changed my life! Great regiment, very personal and amazing in depth knowledge and experience! I have also attended a few yoga sessions with Erica! Very relaxing yet fitness minded at the same time. Great to work on flexibility and relaxation! By far the absolute best gym I have ever been to... And I have been to a few with no results! Lost 60 lbs in less than 8 months for my wedding and I haven't looked back since, a must for anyone that is serious about fitness and their healthy future!

I went to Fitness Masters in search of a new routine and 9 months later I would've never imagined the results I've gotten. Bob is a motivator and tells you what needs to be done even when you're not at his gym to get the results you want. He is honest, knowledgeable and an educator. He also inspires you to give it your all and leads by example. During your workout, he is attentive and engaged during every set. My goal did not include major weight loss but I've since lost 15 lbs, toned up my body, increased my self confidence and cleaned up my atrocious eating habits. This is all thanks to Bob and his professional business. To counter the one bad review, he is not argumentative, unprofessional or unapproachable. He is honest and will educate you on what you need to do to get the results you want. If you do not do the work both at and outside his gym, you will not get the results you want.

I am current client of Fitness Masters. I have lost 20lbs of fat and gained muscle tone all over. I am in my late 50's and my ficus is to stay healthy. I have been a client of Bob who has pushed and encouraged me to exceed comfort zones to gain muscle. I love these workouts!

I've been training with Bob for several years now. He knows his stuff and will work with you to reach your goals. If you are serious about changing your body and health, you want a trainer that will take your training seriously, and at Fitness Masters you will find professionals that do just that. The rates are very reasonable. The studio is not a large gym, so your sessions are private (maybe one other person training in the adjoining room) which is good if you make lots of noise like me or just want privacy. There is also a separate warmup room with ellipticals and a stationary bike, with multiple TVs and couch. Whether you want to lose weight, tone, build muscle, or just have a healthier lifestyle, Fitness Masters can help you.

Fitness Masters is 5 stars, Bob Cole will maximize your time and you will be stronger and healthier for yourself and your family. I love the "Drop In" classes for Latin Cardio and Yoga on Monday and Wednesday nights@ 7 pm. It fits my busy schedule, just drop in.....
