They took amazing care of our two Cats! We adopted them both from a shelter, and our one kitty is not ready to be picked up yet, with minimal petting. It was not easy to get her in the carrier. Well she wasn't feeling well, and they both needed there shots updated also. They we're able to diagnose her, give her the medicine, update there shots, and trim there nails. All while making them feel cared for, and us relaxed! A+

We love Laura, Ellie and Shelly. They are so kind and caring. Dr. Wanders is wonderful. She carefully explains everything in a way we can easily understand. She also realizes and explains the costs for treatment is important for us. We are always greeted with kind words and a smile 😃

Laura was so helpful! She came out to the car and helped me get my dog into the clinic. Then when Daisy was done, she assisted us back out the car again. I truly appreciate the kindness we always get!

They really take care of your pet like it's their own. My puppy was nervous and ever since she's made friends with the techs and people there she loves it.

One of my cats needed to see a Vet. I called the Animal Hospital my brother uses and the soonest appointment was in December. My old Vet sold their practice so I needed a new Vet for my cats. I called Sutton Rd. A. H. and was able to bring Robyn in the same day. I will be bringing in all my cats here and recommending Sutton Road to all my friends and neighbors.

The staff were so kind and compassionate. They were thorough about examining my dog and they were very fast at finding the accurate diagnoses, as well as prescribing the correct medication to ensure my dog felt better. This was the best experience i’ve ever had at a veterinary clinic before. I highly recommend them!

Well Done

The staff here was really great! My dog came in for an ear infection and needed his ears checked. The staff was great at working together to check his ear and give him medication. I know it wasn't easy for them because my dog was getting a little crazy when they came near him, but I appreciated them not giving up and helping him. Thank you again for everything you do!

I had an emergency! My dog ate around 20 cherries. That could have been fatal. His vet office was closed. So I tried Sutton Animal hospital. Although my dog is not a patient, they treated him as though he was. They got him in right away and care for him. He survived and he is back to normal. I've been going to his vet with my other dog for 7 years. I wouldn't hesitate to take either one of my dogs back to Sutton, if need be. Thank you all for loving and caring for animals.

As a first-time client, I found Sutton Road Animal Hospital to be a tidy facility with warm, welcoming staff. Dr. Kristel Yocom was very compassionate in handling my feline and very thorough in the diagnostic work-up. Although we discovered my cat has a chronic condition, Dr. Yocom provided a clear and manageable treatment plan. Very happy to have found this practice!

I've been to Sutton Road Animal Hospital 3 times since moving up to IL for my dog's annual check ups. This last appointment was such a positive experience, I felt it needed to be expressed in a review. I was running late to my dog's appointment and called to let them know. I'm pretty sure I was one of the last (if not the very last) appointment they had on a beautiful Saturday. The veterinarian, Dr. Kristel, was very friendly, educational and took time with my dog Ty to make sure he was comfortable and happy. I completely forgot to activate my rebate card and spent a lot of time trying to get everything registered prior to paying. The receptionist was very patient and did not make me feel like I was inconveniencing them at all. I was definitely the unprepared client, but they were very patient and kind throughout my dog's appointment. Thank you all for your kindness and professionalism!

Had an all around experience that honestly exceeded any expectations. Excellently staff. Very friendly. Very thorough. Very caring. Took all the time in the world to listen to concerns and so unbelievably patient with my feral little guy. Would 1,000% recommend and I intend to return.
