This location has been great. They’ve done my oil change, brakes and rotors and brake line flush, and have been genuinely helpful and caring. The staff here doesn’t talk to you like you’re stupid, but they also explain things in a way that, even if you don’t know a whole lot about cars, you’ll understand. They also are happy to answer your questions! Amazing service! To the customers and the cars!

Great set of guys. Took care of my vehicle while sharing cost saving with purchasing my parts. My car had some complications removing old parts, which cause longer repair time, the awesome set of guys worked hard to have my car back as soon as possible. Awesome team of mechanics. Thanks

The guys at Midas were very helpful and made me feel valued. The price for my tires were reasonable. I didn’t have to wait long because they were ready and prepared when I arrived. Definitely would recommend this Midas! Really great customer service!!!!

Honestly I was skeptical because I’ve been back 4 times since my first. Then I was like okkk maybe I am overthinking this because of the reviews I see. Each time I came in a was greeted with greatness , I trusted these Men with my car and they delivered, we had hiccups , but nevertheless we got through it. Josh I believe I could be wrong but him and the other nice man literally got me a way home because my bolts where rusted on to my car so it caused a delay , I was frustrated but he just wanted the best ! I gave them that patience and they delivered, car rides smooth no more engine lights lol I know they were tired of me. They put a warranty in it and assured if anything goes wrong to give them a call. I appreciated that , because I’ve had bad experiences, but this one I just had to see through !!! Staff was very friendly and gave great customer service. They made me feel very welcomed and greeted me with a smile. When I came back to pick up my vehicle they had it right out front waiting on my arrival. That me feel extra special because it was really cold that day and snowing.

I had an awesome experience today! Josh, Dillon and Jake literally noticed some major issues in my car that I wasn’t aware of and saved me some major money and potentially worse. I’m grateful for the care that they gave to my car!

I blew two tires one night getting off an exit at the last minute. I had my black Honda accord towed to this Midas location and was very pleased with not only the service but the kindness that I received from a gentleman named Brett! My tires were done so fast I thought I was at Jimmy John’s!! 😂😂 Amazingly honest staff who treat their customers with respect! This location on Kingshighway ROCKS!!!

Service was great no problems. I do see they don't give you a check list what the recommendations that you should be aware of on your vehicle. They get they did get me out within a hour which they have stated. Thanks PS let me know if that has changed at Midas

I’ve always had good luck at this Midas. They don’t fix what doesn’t need fixing but give you a heads up on how much longer you might have before you need a repair. I didn’t want to get new tires but needed them and got them for half of what I thought I’d pay.

Was very satisfied with service ;,special thank you to Marcus who went out of his way to check my vehicle for any specific problems/ issues. Kudos to Marcus for his professionalism and personal interest in taking care of my car.

I called before showing up and was able to get an oil change last minute. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly as were all associates I had interactions with. Check the website for coupons! Great experience, would return.

Always pleased with the service and perfect location. Had a last minute emergency taken care of in less than a day. Despite the weather. They always my goto if the dealership isn’t available.

I was on a 4 day driving trip from Kansas to New York trying to get back for work by Monday. I had car trouble in St Louis on a Saturday afternoon. I called all over and most places were closed or booked solid and turned me away. This company not only said, “”yes bring it in right away” but they also made sure to give me priority so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. I was able to drive another 5 hours after they finished the work and my car ran like a dream for the rest of my trip. Very grateful for this team!

Midas took such great care of me! My car battery died in an area I’m not familiar with and they were so kind and helpful! They got my car fixed in no time and were super knowledgable and accommodating! Thank you!

Doing my visit I really felt safe and comfortable. They made sure I was ok. They made me laugh an also i really like that they show the ex rays of your teeth. Suggested the best things me.

The people here are great. Communication was excellent. I had to wait a good while for yours to be delivered but that wasn’t their fault.
