Chipotle Mexican Grill

I especially love this location because they have the Chipotlane so I can place my order on the app and drive up and grab it without having to get out of the car and go inside. Really good for busy days or days when I don't want to pull the kids out of the car just to run in real quick.

My food is always fresh and delicious! The burrito bowls are my favorite, that's what I always get. Sometimes I switch up the meats and toppings so I don't get bored but I eat here pretty regularly. It's my go-to "healthy-ish' fast food, especially when I'm watching carbs. It's pretty easy to customize the bowls to fit your nutritional requirements.

Yooooooo this boy Robbie is straight ferda. Love him like frfr. Every other worker was trash but this dude definitely fawks. Like frfr. Kid deserves a juicy tip for his efforts in supporting the send, but unfortunately I do not currently have the funds, as I was just evicted due to losing tremendous amounts of money at the blackjack table last month. Now me and my son are living on the street. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere though!

Just wanted to take a minute to commend the young lady working tonight. I will admit I got there later than expected after the gym & she want nothing but polite and happy to help. She had the store absolutely immaculate, much cleaner than it usually is, and went above and beyond to give myself and the others stopping in great service, even at the last hours of operation. Those are the employees we all strive to have on a team. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Good fresh food made while to watch. Lots of choices. Kids menus too. This store has a dedicated line for orders made in advance.

Just had a Chipolte cheese quesadilla for dinner tonight. So totally disappointed. Have ordered this before and don't remember it being quite so bad.
First, no cheese, whatsoever. There was a tiny bit of (what I think was) cheese, (hard), adhered to the container, but nothing in the quesadilla itself. Kinda thought, based on cheese quesadillas from other restaurants/fast food, that when I order a cheese quesadilla, there will actually be cheese included. Also, only 2 pieces of quesadilla (normally get 4-6 from other restaurants).
What I got was a multi-layer (because of folding) tortilla, nothing else.
Based on what I ordered, it was also supposed to include pico de gaio, crema, and guacamole, but instead of guacamole, I got what looked like pompano peppers.

Catering Chipotle was an great experience and hot at your pick up time . Get double rice to please people more with burrito bowls. Thank you for making the fajitas fresh when I walked it we all appricate your team effort.

To be honest this location is 10x better than the one in south elgin. Part of that is that it’s less busy but the workers are so much better. I came here at 5:45ish pm and the only person behind the counter was the little boy who looked 14. There was a bit of a line cause he was doing the orders and the cash register at peak dinner hour and he was working so hard. Then the guy in front of me goes up and asks for 3 burritos, a bowl, and a quesadilla. The little boy has to do all this by himself and is rushing. Then the guy in front of me orders extra everything on one of the burritos and then gets mad because its impossible to fold and demands for a new burrito. The little boy calmly makes him a new one but this time the guy gets queso, pico de gallo, and red sauce on his burrito, then gets mad when there is liquid leaking out of the burrito. Sir you are the one who made that burrito. Finally the dude gets through and when I pay I tip the hard-working kid. When I put a dollar in, I notice the tip jar is empty except for a few coins. People these days are really so rude and impatient these days. These kids back there are hustling and doing their best and all of these reviews are so negative. As someone who worked at a chickfila when I was a kid, I know how difficult rushes can be. Overall great food and great employees

You can get a full bowl or half for the same price depend on who is serving. I don't like when it is the petite Mexican lady who is serving. She grabbed the food and she would take all her time to drop back a little bit and a little bit until she feels like it is enough to feed an ant. Since there is no real measurements, she gives very little portion. Every time I see her serving I want to make a U-turn.
The bigger Mexican lady gives a full portion.
I asked the petite lady where is the bigger lady because we like when she serves. She laughed 🤣

Fresh and just good food. One of the best fast foods one can have. Real meat etc

i arrived today for a burrito bowl and was greeted by the young man at the front. me personally i think they should work like a soccer team all in position but instead it was the dude and the girl running the whole joint. girl at the register and the dude whippin up the sauce for me. other than that everyone else was out of position. everyone by the drive thru window reminded me of that spider-man meme where they’re pointing at eachother. two girls walked to the back holding hands which i’m like whatever it’s 2023 but uhhhh i don’t want the extra sauce yk just sauce. massive props to the guy at the front tho sipping the counter and everything. give him a raise.

Excellent Service and Care! I had an opportunity to visit this location after work and greatly appreciated the experience. I ordered a chicken bowl prior to my COVID vaccination down the street. My service was outstanding, clean restaurant and absolutely kind and generous staff member! Best Chipotle location I’ve been to in a long time food was fresh and delicious too. Great place to visit! I've been to Chipotle well over 1000 times in my life time! And This is By Far The Best Chipotle Establishment I've ever seen! The scoop portions were massive! The Staff is incredibly friendly and easy to talk too! IT HAS A DRIVE THRU(absolute game changer)! And to top it all off, my order was PERFECT!!!!! To the person below that left a comment about "too much sour cream and soggy chips." Learn how to properly order your food you Fool! "Light/Easy on the sour cream!" Obviously a Noob when it comes to ordering, Grow up!!! CHIPOTLE I LOVE YOU!!! I GOT YOUR BACK!!!

This Chipotle always has the food fresh and ready. Also they have great serving sizes

Food always great, but this drive thru pickup only is a game changer. Order ahead of time, run your errands and get the food to go.

Shout out to Kylie (with the black hair) she was very kind and let us sit outside past 10. She was very kind and overall joyful. Excellent time.

One of the closest place to the kane county judicial center. The food is good but the music is a little too loud. Great place for quick bite and return to court.
