AT&T Store

I love going to this store for all my questions and needs! I love how nice and helpful the staff is I was honored to be helped by a young guy named Jordan helped me set up my entire family’s phone plans. Not to mention helping me save tons of money. I will definitely be returning, they are so helpful and kind.

Had a great discussion with Jordan about the international plan. He covered all my questions completely. I go to this store regularly because of my success there dealing with questions about my account. I am a retired AT&T manager and have 6 lines on my account. The folks at that store are great! Visited the store to upgrade my phone. Chris was extremely helpful with making sure to let me know of all the great promotions available. Everyone in store was very helpful and made my entire purchase experience pleasant. Will definitely be returning to this location for future assistance with my account.

Chris did an amazing job. Very knowlegeable about all devices we purchased. He was patient with us and came to help while assisting another customer. Well done AT &T. Keep Chris around.

Came into the store and met with Freddy to straighten some things out on my account and the service and process was phenomenal and streamlined. Very happy with the customer service and how every detail I wanted looked at was went over and taken care of.

Today I had AT&T St. Charles, IL rep Christian service my phone for a screen protector. I thought he was extremely polite and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions and I was out of the store in 20 minutes. Thanks AT&T

Chris at the Geneva store did a great job helping us transfer service over from another carrier. He went above and beyond to complete a difficult process, keeping us informed along the way. 5 stars plus for Chris!!

Went to deal with phone not charging, fixed that immediately. Then saved a newly married couple to combine all our at&t accounts and saved us a major amount of money by bundling. Freddy was friendly and worked hard to get us the best prices.

Chris & the team were all extremely helpful with my process of transferring my lines of service to AT&T! They all made it a fun & easy experience & made it painless to do what needs to get done. They even helped me save money on my internet/tv service in the process of saving money for my cell phones! I would definitely recommend talking to Chris as he was able to save me money for having my own business.
