Bought some beautiful granite countertops here. They pulled out the old countertops, installed the new ones. They came out to measure before. They even mounted the sink before. Its all included in the cost. I live 35 miles away and it was no problem! Great family business, great service!

I bought a countertop from Luther Falls. Matt is who helped me pick out the exact countertop I had in mind. He was extremely helpful, great with scheduling and follow-up. Not only that but he is cheerful. Excellent customer service brings me back to a business and because of Matt I will use Luther Falls again and will certainly recommend this business.

Yesterday, the team from Luther Falls installed granite counters in my kitchen, kitchen island, coffee bar, and dining room built in. They were on time and complete within about 2 hours. Very professional and top notch quality. The owner gave me an excellent price and provided excellent service. I would definitely use them again!

AWESOME! We had granite counter tops installed by Luther Falls and had a great experience! Within 1 month from stepping in their store and talking with them our counter tops were ordered, cut, and installed, they look great! The day after talking to Dee they came out for a rough measurement and estimate, then 10 days later came out for a final measurement and then 10 days later installed and finished. Their work crew showed up and went straight to work on our kitchen, they were very professional and cleaned up totally when finished.

Just want to say a BIG thank you to all those at Luther Falls for their help in getting countertops for our home! I really do not like doing projects like this, but a friend recommended Luther Falls and I’m so grateful I listened! From the first day I walked into the shop Luther made this easy. He listened to what we wanted, looked at pictures of our kitchen, then took me directly to what he thought we’d like - AND he had passed down a great price he’d gotten on the Quartz so the cost wasn’t as much as expected! My husband and I both really liked what he chose, and after looking around a bit more, made the decision go with what Luther had suggested. They cut the countertops right there, so there was no delay in putting them in as scheduled. The guys who did the install were so nice, and did a great job! I’ve told others about our experience and one has already bought their countertops there as well. THANK YOU!

This was an amazing experience with them. The slab we choose came in off color, and they contacted us to say they were emailing a picture of it, and they felt it was not going to be in the shade we had expressed interest in. They were spot on with what they felt we were wanting. They reordered and then called when it was in for us to look at and approve. Talk about paying attention to a clients choice. I would HIGHLY recommend them, not only for the quality of workmanship, but also in paying attention to the clients needs.

This company has some bad reviews, so don't necessarily count them out. I went into the store and was greeted with a friendly face who knew a lot about granite. We had already decided on Caledonia and it just so happened to be one of the cheap deals they had. I called the next weekend to set up the measurement and they came the NEXT DAY. They had the granite installed the next weekend. It looks very good, flawless install and QUICK. They also allowed me to rip out and get rid of the old counter tops for a discount. This was EASY. Don't worry about Mr. Falls' personal life, he is a small business owner that did his job very well. If you are a decent person who knows how to conduct professional business you will have no problems with him. I believe the reviews on here are misleading, this is why I am posting this. Good luck

Luther Falls did an excellent job on two granite counter top jobs for me. One was my in-laws and the other was my house. The sales people and installers were very friendly both times and that includes Fred the plumber. Both of my experiences there have been great.

Luther falls beat prices I received from quoting out high definition laminate. I was blown away that his price for black onyx was $200. Cheaper! And the extra granite tie kick plate was extra but really put these cabinets in to the next level
