Super clean! Omg the morning staff ia friendly and talkative. Enjoyed my conversation. Food was great and was served hot hot and fast! In and out! Would recommend for a breakfast stop

I come to this BK often and always get the same thing. Love the food, like the people, good place all around.

Supportive staff. Being vegetarian, I want proper attention to the order and no meat should be there in food; and they understood instructions properly specially the manager lady.

Have it your way they mean that chicken nuggets 8 am no problem they are awesome

This particular location seems to have the best food for Burger King. The fries are always fresh and perfect, the burgers are hot off the grill. This is even at odd hours (after 8pm). Highly recommend if you're looking for better than usual fastfood.

Honestly no matter how busy this Burger King is, food is always hot and they actually fill up their fries/onion rings containers

Went through the drive thru late one night after work. The lady was super nice. The fries were hot and the chicken sandwich was tasty. Great service.

Always fresh food. Always kind service. Sparkling clean dining room every time we visit. Fast Window service and, They make fresh coffee on a regular basis. Something many burger king locations don't do.

I try not to go to fast food places a lot, only when the timing is right and I have not packed my normal healthy lunch do I stop at a Burger King! I happened to have a coupon for a five dollar Whopper meal and let me say it was delicious! Everyone in front of me was ordering the impossible burger which is fine but not really any better for you than a regular burger! The Whopper was made fresh and given to me immediately, it was hot, fresh and supremely tasty, I will not hesitate to get a whopper again in the future!

Awesome that this location is 24 hrs. This particular franchise does carry the fried tacos for .99 cents each which is phenomenal. The night man manager always serves my food fresh consistently. I recommend anyone to come here late at night with no worries after a drink or two. Eat here with confidence....you will be taken care of.

I've been coming to this location for years, usually for breakfast. The food is BK food; not much more to say about it than that. The service is generally very good. I've had a few problems, but no more than any similar establishments. There have been a couple managers who have been on the rude side, and I imagine this is what some of the negative reviews are referencing, but most of the employees are great. My only significant complaint is that once in a while the coffee tastes like its been sitting around for far too long.

Can't say much about Burger King that most don't already know. Great flame char flavor on the burgers and hooked up way better than the big m. This location is very friendly and nice staff even overnight shift is usually friendly . Never had a messed up order from here ever and love how they ask at the window about any sauces u may want.

Worked in the area a few times. One of my few stops here, I was served by Eve a few times. Not sure if she is still here or not but she was very friendly. Another time a manger (forgot his name) brought out my order to my table. (My fault, was on the phone with a coworker) Overall, food tastes great and service is amazing!

They're very fast and efficient. My favorite unhealthy fast food place. Love there whopper and double whoppers because there charbroiled. Their tacos are excellent too even though they have American cheese on them.

Staff are polite, courteous, really listen to customers in regards taking order, my sister in law and I went to this establishment and were so happy with the service we got from Mr. Robert , The manager , January 2020 ,Patiently waiting since we don’t know yet what to get, then took our order then , when we told him what we want, he even repeat to us the order , making sure he took the order right way , how we wanted it. then We don’t need to ask for drinks holder n extra bag for our big order. Amazing service with a smile. This place highly recommended. Pls say hi to the Branch Manager , Mr Robert , to Ms. Analisa as well and the rest of the staff from St Charles Burger King Branch, amazing service from amazing staff .

I live about 15-20 min away but this location never fails me. I've gone to the one in Aurora on Butterfield many times just to find out they're closed even though the hours on Google says they're open. The food at this location never disappoint, and the staff are competent. Worth the drive in my opinion.

I came in today 9/19/18 and was helped promptly. We sat down at a booth waiting for our food. The cashier was pretty busy, but knew we were waiting longer than normal and brought our food to the table while waiting for the last sandwich. Awesome service and very clean store!
