I have been very impressed with Cadmiel S. at York. He took the time to answer all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He did not come across as a sales guy. Cadmiel is someone who is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the roofing industry and genuinely wanted to make sure I received the best value possible. He has gone above and beyond my expectations.

York handled my roof claim from the initial inspection process through the actual roof installation with excellent service leading to a quality installation. Our representative, Jonathan Santiago was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and a great advocate for me when dealing with our insurance claim. He was an outstanding communicator and quick to respond to all of our needs. Cupples Construction, a division of York, did an outstanding job with the installation of the roof - including keeping the site clean during the tear off process and a professional install on the new roof shingles. The advertising was key to connecting me with York Public Adjusters. I saw the sign in my neighbors yard and next thing you know Jonathan Santiago is at my door and walking me through each step in the process. He made the hail inspection and claim process easy. It is pretty much a hands free experience along the way as York works with your insurance company on the claim and Jonathan provides regular text updates along the way. The roof was completed in a single day and the shingles look great.

York Public Adjusters just got me a new roof at no cost to me! Inspected my roof free of charge and found hail damage that I didnt know was there! They saved me about 20k replacing my roof myself ! They submitted the claim to my insurance! I didn't have to deal with any of the hassle at all! Highly recommend working with them! It could save you a ton of money !

Cadmiel was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting our storm damaged roof replaced. The insurance company was very reluctant to cover the damage, but Cadmiel knew the ins and outs and fought for the correct coverage and full replacement. We highly recommend him and York Public Adjuster.

I've worked with Mike on getting new flooring installed. We were in a hurry to get the flooring installed before we moved into our new house as winter was coming. They got the job done in record time and we were able to get moved before any snow hit.

I worked with Mike Stout at York when hail damaged my house which was listed for sale in Champaign. They were able to knock it out of the park for me, replacing the roof quickly so I was able to hold the closing date. They processed all the paperwork for me and everything was approved. The entire process was very thorough and I recommend them highly!

When we first filed our home claim, we had a horrible experience with the adjuster assigned to us. We were on the verge of giving up on fighting insurance about the claim when Isaac Taylor with York Public Adjusters was assigned to our claim. He encouraged us to not give up and guided us through almost 2 years of fighting with insurance to approve our claim. Isaac made sure we had his number to reach out to him anytime we had questions and made sure all our questions were answered. Isaac always made our home a priority and never stopped fighting for us to make sure our home was safe again for our children. He made several in person visits to go over details and paperwork and answer any questions we had. Even after the job was completed, he reached out to us to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction and to see if there was anything else that he could assist us with. Isaac is super friendly and easy to work with. Without Isaac our roof may have never been replaced. We will definitely do business with him and the company again.
