not to happy with mill run and like mill run personal to do there jobs and feel like they just do thing to upset the people hear at times and upset thing that do not need to be done i am a nut case at time this place help me to see i am not as bad as i need to be thanks just try to call the office at mill run see how far you get with it thing are better now it is first of may but till thing could be nicer but they working on it hear

We have been paying for our apartment after we broke our lease. We set up arrangements. We were "late" once bc the staff member closed the office early even though I had an appointment to come in and make an appointment. This was on a Friday. Even though I reached out was sent to collections by Monday. Even though the staff member reached out to dominion and told them it was their fault they told us that they would give us a 1 time forgiveness. 🙄 fast forward to now. Mind you, I always pay OVER what is owed. My father just passed away. I emailed Tina Baker to see if I can come in Wednesday and she absolutely REFUSES. She said I have to come in today or it'll go to collections. How heartless and unprofessional.

being harassed and threatened after I left from my lease. supposedly owe late charges from the covid pandemic time frame. I'm paid up to date before I left and left the apartment clean and undamaged . they were rude to use majority of our stay not worth what they want in rundown apartments

I live at Whispering hills in dunedin, fl. An apartment complex owned by dominion realty inc. I've just started my second lease and the laundry list of complaints I have for Whispering hills themselves along with dominion realty and the quality standard they have for their property and the units scares me to no end! I've called the office numerous times, knowing two people are in the building, just to be forwarded to the voice mail and let's say you leave a voice mail nobody will return the call. I've brought up numerous maintenance issues to have no work order wrote up. The only reason I have stayed is because of the price and location but I feel like because the rent is cheap you are expected to be happy with an apartment full of issues. Safe or unsafe. DO NOT RENT AT WHISPERING HILLS APARTMENTS!

Horrible company horrible property management they dont ever keep tabs on things. Cimarron place apartments in shelbyville is a complete joke they close the ammenities except when their personal families want to use them then shut and lovk the actual residents out and claim its for repairs. U can walk past pool and see the managers family in it swimming but gate is deadbolted and she does not unlock it nor is she in the office.

If you have an issue with fellow tenants not following the rules, the manager just says you can buy out your lease, advertise handicap accessible property but can't provide that.
