This was my first time coming here and I loved it! Cari did an awesome job on cleaning my teeth :) The doctor and his entire staff are all very nice and they make you feel comfortable. I will definitely be back 👍🏻

Very friendly and welcoming staff, as soon as you walk in the door! The office is very clean. My 5 year old loved getting her cleaning done here, the dental hygienist Kari, was great! She actually begs to floss now thanks to her being so comforting and explaining how important clean teeth are.

I highly recommend this office. Dr. Thomas made us feel right at home. I have taken my entire family here and could not be happier. My 2 year old son receives care and he has no problems with any of the treatment. The team is awesome and they make us feel very welcome and answered all our questions. We've never had a better hygienist than the one at this office. The cleanings were very thorough and she spent a lot of time with us. I didn't feel rushed and it showed they really care about the treatment. No need to even look anywhere else for care

I had my first visit at West Aurora Family Dental for a cleaning and checkup. The office is clean and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist Cari came out to the waiting room to inform me she was running a few minutes late. My most recent appointments with a previous dental provider were always 30 to 45 late getting started with no apologies. Cari did a great job cleaning my sensitive teeth. She is super professional but also humorous and generally made the process as enjoyable as possible at a dental visit. Dr Fry is also very pleasant and personal. He thoroughly explained what he was looking at and why he was recommending a particular procedure. All in all this was my best dental experience in a long time, I plan to recommend these guys to others.

A great place to be when teeth need attending to. Dr. Thomas is very friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in me as a person. And Cari! Wow, what a charming personality and efficient assistant. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Carrie is the best. I always enjoy both her high quality cleaning and the conversation when I see her. I also met Dr. Thomas and he seems great.

EVERYONE in the office was extremely professional and pleasant. Dr Thomas is caring, knowledgeable and very informative. He obviously loves what he does.

This was my first visit on the recommendation of a family member, and I loved it. Melissa, the dental hygienist, was awesome. She explained everything to me step by step through the whole process of getting my teeth cleaned. She was very thorough. Dr. Fry was very nice and friendly and made sure everything was okay afterwards. Awesome dentist. The staff is very knowledgeable. I will be coming again.

Dr. Thomas recently saved one of my broken teeth with a crown. The whole process went very smoothly. The temporary crown held up very well and the new crown went in with no problems Dr Thomas really knows his stuff and I highly recommend him and his staff for your dental needs

I had a dental emergency. I had an abscess the size of an olive, and I called here. When I did, the receptionist got me in that very day. When I met Dr. Fry, he was not judgmental and he assessed the problem. I ended up needing an extraction. They got me in 2 days later. When I came in, I was extremely nervous. The staff and Dr. Fry put me at ease. I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. He is extremely professional. My tooth extraction was not the horror I thought it would be. I will be going to him from now on for all of my dental needs. To those who are reading this, I strongly suggest that you come into this place and get Dr. Fry to help you. I have a lot more going on with my mouth, and I am 100% confident that Dr. Fry can get me to where I need to be. I have never met a dentist that isn't judgmental about how your teeth are. He wants to get you to a healthy point and doesn't care about your past. Thank you so much Dr. Fry and everybody that works here ❤

I did a google search for dentists in my area and chose West Aurora Family Dental due to the high patient ratings.We were seen less than a week after calling.Their location is easily accessible, with good parking. I’m very pleased with how courteous and Knowledgeable the staff are. I felt comfortable during the entire. visit. My hygienist was wonderful. I have sensitive teeth and she was exceptionally gentle. My teeth are so clean and feel great.Dr. Fry kept me at ease during my visit. He asked questions about my dental history, and provided a very thorough examination. I appreciate his expertise, and how he communicated, explaining everything to me. My husband also visited the clinic and is very pleased with the services he received. We both received exceptional dental care.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Thomas. The staff is, as always, friendly and very approachable. Cari is a delight to work with and very helpful in advising me as to what I need to do.

I have had a very good experience with Melissa. She is very mellow and easy to be comfortable with. She takes the time to explain everything as she goes through the process of the procedure. I have appreciated all that she has done so far for me.

Had my second visit with this location, and I am a fan! Appts went well, quickly and efficiently. Didn't have to wait long, and great bill of health! Teeth felt great after both cleanings, no issues, and I'll definitely be back in 6 months!

This dental office is tops. Dr. Fry is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Hygienist Cari makes the experience enjoyable. She, too, is meticulous and very personable. Under their guidance and care, my teeth are in the best condition they’ve been for years.

Had a couple of worn teeth filled in with acrylic resin by Dr Fry. Also was fitted for dentures that came out real good. He and his staff did and excellent job. Matches real good. Very satisfied. Been to him on 6 different appointments now and very satisfied with all the work . Staff is also great. Had a deep cleaning procedure done 8/29. The dental hygienist {Melissa} did a great job.

I was very lucky to get a urgent situation taken care of because my dentist was out of town… So I was referred to Dr Fry… He is in a professional building with other dentists… It’s a small waiting room area but very clean… And the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Dr Fry shows great attention to detail which I really like in a Dentist… He also seems very knowledgeable! I feel as if I can trust him for the procedure that I have to have done… It seems very expensive however I I think his prices are competitive for tooth implants…

HIGHLY recommend this office! The staff is wonderful and gentle, the dentist is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I am happy with the scale ling of my teeth that was overdue. Everyone were professional and nice. Carrie was always monitoring my comfort during the procedure. Dr.Fry was nice and thorough. It was a 2 visit procedure and I have found my new dentist.
