The UPS Store

Always come here for my Amazon returns! And I always have the same young man with the dreads helping me! He is so quick! So helpful and so nice! Today I was in the store and witnessed a lady being so extremely snappy and rude with him and it took everything out of me to not say something to her! But he remained so polite and professional! I just want him to know he’s doing such a great job!

Best UPS store hands down. The employees were super nice to me. Thank you for completing my Amazon return in a timely manner! 100% Recommend!

I've dropped off numerous Amazon returns, done shredding and shipped packages from this location and have always had a good experience. They go above and beyond to help. I messed up an Amazon return when I didn't have them scan a barcode for one of the items I brought in because I thought two items were under one barcode. Three hours later, after a really bad day, I realized my mistake so I called the store to explain
They actually went through the effort of locating my packages so that I could get my full refund for both items. I really didn't expect them to look but they did. Excellent customer service!

This is the best location to go. I had to get something notarized and the owner was SOOOOO KIND. She was so helpful and she really talked up a storm and made me feel like family. 10/10 would recommend and would come again.

I agree with one of the review below. Not sure why they have such bad reviews...everyone that works here has been very kind to me. I often just do drop-off returns and I'm out the door within 1-2 minutes. It's great.

I have been a customer since it was Mail Boxes Etc!! The owners have worked with over the years are really wonderful. Much better than Fed Ex Office.

I have no idea why they have such bad reviews. I must have been here about 5 times for every bad amazon order etc. The staff is always nice to me and they work fast so you can be in and out of there and off to the races. Thank you
