I ordered a last minute (24 hours before) wrist corsage for homecoming here. I was very happy with the result. It contained the colors I had asked for and was even what I saw in my head when asking. It was ready on time and packaged great to avoid damage!

Friendly environment. Clean. Prices are high. But they do occasionally have a good sale. Meat is a great buy.

Always well-stocked if you get there at 10 a.m. the chicken comes right out of the fryer in the deli and the potato wedges and they're delicious. The people in the pharmacy are very nice.truly a great experience.

I usually go to Jewel for a few things but end up with a cart full of goodies...lol. The produce is amazing and their homemade meals for one are delicious. Nothing to prepare, just heat and eat. Deals galore.

Jewel-Osco has a clean and well organized place. It's employees and staff are respectful to their customers and helpful to assist them. Thereby the shoppers find that shopping there is a very wonderful experience. The products are new,fresh, and a great variety. I recommend you go there and see this delightful store for yourself.

I saw the boss pushing a cart of small boxes of deli items. He works like his employees. His store had a recent remodel. I was happy to see slightly wider isles. There were fewer product placements on end isles or in main isles. This Jewel Osco is a smaller store but they strive to serve with friendly service and easy shopping. They make sure that there are shopping carts and baskets at both enterences.

Stopped for a plan B gift. I ran in to get fresh flower arrangement for my sister's birthday. Several nice choices. Prices were fair. The gal in the floral dept was very helpful and friendly.

Tessa in the floral department is by far THE BEST floral associate I have ever dealt with. I have been buying from this store for years and she never disappoints. Very reasonably priced for the high quality arrangements.

Best place in Aurora(my opinion) to buy meat. Always fresh. Never have to question it. I always find what I'm looking for when I visit jewel. No complaints. Been going here for 4 years now. Never had a bad experience.

Shopped at the Aurora West Galena Jewel today. First time I've been there in many, many years! What a beautiful store! Fully stocked, clean and their produce department was wonderful! Really puts the Oswego rt. 30 produce department to shame! I'll drive further to shop this Jewel from now on! ⭐

Had a Very satisfactory experience for my first time at Jewel Osco in Aurora, IL. I'm not from around here, so the higher prices caught me quite by surprise. Nonetheless the people were very courteous and helpful.

I'm a diehard Aldi shopper, but their produce options are limited, it always seems to spoil quickly and I don't like the quality of their chicken. Jewel is the place to go for substantially better quality meat and variety. Aldi's great for staples, but I'm an avid Jewel shopper and have been for what feels like eons. Look for their sales. You can get some really fantastic deals.

very clean and friendly employees, I bought a 12 piece chicken family meal with 3 side items and 4 Hawaiian breads for $17.99 amazing deal compared to KFC, Churches or Popeyes, I researched their prices and it was ridiculous, Jewel win hands down.

This Jewel has fantastic produce, and their cakes and fried chicken are also worth pointing out if you're not familiar with this brand. Very clean, well lit store with ample cashiers

It's a good place to buy household items , customer service it's alright but they need pay more attention on ham shop area . thank you for your service .

A great place to find good quality steaks. Just be ready to pay a good buck for them but at least it is worth it. It is extremely hard to find good steak these days.

A bakery associate went out of her way to bake me fresh Macadamia cookies when they ran out in the store. She even allowed me to customize it. Turned out to be the best cookie I have ever eaten in my life.

Love this Store,Even to the Pharmacy,They Always Take Good Care of You,I went in with a Walking Cane and Neck Brace,And Without Asking for Help 2 young Employees Came up and Helped me,Even to the Point that they Ran through the Store and Got things For me so that I didn't Need to Walk ,God Bless You Guys,Keep Up the Good Work🙏🙏🙌

Shopping was easy, there were directionally oriented lines to keep easy distance between customers, everything was being kept clean. Overall handled very well.

Great place to shop always good prices and food is fresh. We been shopping at Jewel for 50 years seen lots of places come and go fancy and local grocery stores. I recommend jewel if you're new to area
