Illinois State Credit Union

I love ISU Credit Union. I have had an account with them since 2001 and I have always received excellent customer service. I have moved out of state twice and still kept my account with them because their customer service is so good. When we moved back last year we opened an account with a bank near to our home, for convenience, and I'm now regretting that. We will soon be moving our main account to ISU Credit Union. They always answer the phone, they are always friendly at the drive-thru, and they have helped me many times with issues that have come up over the years. Keep up the great work!

They took money out of my account without me knowing then when they bills came out I overdrafted then they charged me $50 in fees. Because of what they did. Taking over half of my check leaving me with $100 for me and my kids till my next check. SHAME ON THIS WHOLE PLACE. Worst customer service experience. And when I tried to call about what was happening then man hung up on me as I was explaining I was missing money in my account. (They took money out of my account without my permission) hopefully I can help this not happen to anyone. To anyone that does bank here they’re scamming you. Good luck.
