Had a great and seamless experience ordering a breast pump through MedSource! All I had to do was input my insurance info and my pump of choice, and they got back to me quickly on whether it was approved or not. I was approved for my selected pump and only had to pay $30 out of pocket, and shipping was free and quick!

This was a really quick and efficient process for me! My doctor sent something in and within a week they had followed up with me, sending me options for breast pumps to choose. I chose the most basic one and received it within a couple weeks. Dominique was great at following up with me and keeping me informed.

I was having a very difficult time trying to get a breast pump through my insurance. After trying quite a few other companies who offer this type of assistance without any luck, I stumbled upon this company and they were able to get me my pump! My insurance isn't well-known so I'm extremely grateful that they were able to connect with them to get me the pump I wanted.

Had a small hiccup in the beginning of the process, but it was on my provider's end (they said they faxed in the order, but never did). Anyhow, when I called in the reps were very kind, quick and efficient. I received insurance approval and email confirmation of my order within 24 hours, and got my pump within days! Very easy to work with to get a breast pump through my insurance. They shipped it as soon as I got a copy of my prescription sent in to them and I had my pump on my doorstep the day after it was shipped! They also said they’ll automatically send replacement parts covered by my insurance.

So easy to complete the process, I hardly did anything. I was actually shipped the wrong product, and I reached out to the company that night. The next morning, they replied and immediately sent out the correct product. I received it the next morning by next day air! I was so shocked at how quickly they remedied the error. Highly recommend this website to apply for your breast pump or maternity supplies. There are so many items are free through insurance, even though some of them are upgraded breast pumps. For example, you may pay extra 35-100 dollars for spectra s1 in other websites, like Aeroflot, edgepark, but no cost in insurance breast pump. And they are efficient and can quickly response

The process was simple, it took awhile longer then the email stated so I feared I had given my information to a scam. But it is real they are just very behind. The customer service was great and the pump arrived a lot faster then I thought.

Great place to get a breast pump through insurance. Go through your doctor and plan for a long lead time but they will make it hassle free and get it covered by insurance. I started working on mine around 20 weeks pregnant and the pump arrived at 30 weeks.

I received great customer service in ordering a breast pump. The representative that I spoke to made the process of getting a breast pump easy and seamless. If i ever need any other medical supplies they will be my first call.

I received my pump really fast! They helped me out and answered all my questions even reached out to my doctor and worked with them to fill out the correct form since my doctor wasn’t sure what or how to write the proscription for the pump in order for my insurance to pay for it.

They were on top of it. We have Tricare Prime(East). Our daughter was 2 months old when she was put on Puramino. The company took care off all the billing. Tricare covered her formula 100% until her last case. Which was this month. She turns 1 at the end of December. We received EOB’s like we do for everything else. It showed Tricare paid and we owed nothing! We moved and I called to change the address. Not knowing that one dept doesn’t get messages regarding this to the shipping dept. When I called to ask why we hadn’t received her formula. Not only did the customer service woman help. She got the company to ship it out overnight. Sure enough, we received the case of formula the next day! I would recommend this company to anyone! They take care of all of the insurance stuff. All you do is call them. Tell them the doctors name, your address, and what formula your baby needs. Amazing customer service!
I’m not really sure why people are complaining about insurance not covering items. If you give this company every bit of information they need. It’s covered. If your insurance requires a copay of course you’re responsible for that.

Honestly i didnt think this would work but all i did was add my insurance info and shipping address and i received my pump in about 2 weeks! I love the spectra S1!

Despite there being a delay in the supply chain, I was able to get the pump I wanted and it arrived a few weeks before my delivery. Thank you for keeping me posted and helping me through the process.

This was a super easy process. The website had several breast pump options to choose from and the shipping was fast!
