I had researched hot tubs for almost two years before we decided to purchase. I was determined to get a salt water spa to avoid heavy chemical use and have visited several spa dealers in the central Illinois area and websites for too many to count. Since true salt water spas are almost double the price of traditional and are limited by patent, I began evaluating alternatives and decided on Master Spa since they are highly rated, reliable, have so many configuration options and offer low chemical water treatment systems. Alexis and Christian have been wonderful to work with...knowledgeable, patient and super responsive to all our questions. We purchased the Twilight 7.2 in June 2019 and love it. Yes it looks great, but it also has high quality components. Plus it has UV treatment and an eco charge filter system so we use much less chlorine...our skin feels great and there is no chemical smell. We feel we got great value for our money. Delivery and set up was so easy and we took advantage of a same as cash - zero interest financing option. We are so happy with our purchase and I highly recommend Healthy Living Pool and Spa. I wish I had found them 2 years ago.

Are family decided to explore the idea of adding a hot tub to our pool area and Outdoor Experience. We didn't know what we didn't know about these. So we want to get plenty of information from a few different companies. Which we did explore Mahomet, Bloomington, and
Champaign companies. Braden and the crew we're super knowledgeable and made the install and purchase process super easy. After install we had several questions still and Braden was always available to answer. Glad that we were able to work with these guys.

We love our new Master Spa Clarity 7x7! Purchased at the special event they had at the Tippecanoe Fairgrounds where the staff was helpful and not pushy. Delivery was smooth. It took me a couple weeks to run the new 240V circuit so we just started using it a couple days ago. The staff at Healthy Living was very helpful with all my questions about chemicals and getting the ph set properly.

After many years of knowing We wanted a spa, and hours of research spent. We came to the Tinley Park Expo strictly for more info. After talking with Braden, He filled in the gaps of missing info. Very knowledgeable and made us comfortable with our purchase! Can't wait to soak it all in!

It took about 3 weeks after delivery to get the electric ran. We have been enjoying the hot tub now for about 3 weeks.
